Sep 2019: I want to say I absolutely love EastMar Commons I have been living here for a few months and I am completely obsessed. The office staff are so nice Michelle, Chris and Lexi they are always so friendly and super helpful. The apartments are spacious and clean and the community is like a super big family. Jul 2019: I recently moved in to a One bedroom One bathroom in Eastmar Commons. It has been nothing but a positive experience for me and my boyfriend. Alexci is our leasing agent and she has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The price is comparable to others in the area, but you cannot beat the location as well as the fabulous amenities and office staff. would recommend Eastmar to anyone! Review from Google

Jun 2019: Living here at first was absolutely wonderful we never had an issue with anything or anyone. People seemed super helpful. But my bedroom is up against the riser room and every time it rains outside a beeping goes off. At this point it happens about once a week and every time i call or go to the office about it I get a super rude response from maintenance or the front office people just don’t know how to help me. either way at this point I should have gotten some compensation for this and i’ve been offered nothing. really can’t wait for my lease to end. May 2019: I wanted to leave a review because Ms. Alexci deserves the acknowledgement. This is my first time shopping for an apartment and these apartments caught my interest! She showed me around and I knew this is the place I wanted to live in. Although, I'll be moving in a few month's I know this is the place for me. She gave me excellent customer service and helpful information for when something is available. can't wait to live here. Thank you for everything Alexci!
