Oct 2018: Have been living here for a month and I love it. I live on the third floor so I never hear any other apartment, my apartment is huge and bright, the screened in patio is super nice, the complex is quiet except for children running around outside in the afternoons, the grounds are well kept, and the amenities are superb (pool, dog park, car wash station, gym, etc.). Never have a problem with parking. My only complaints are that I’ve noticed quite a few ants in my apartment, the carpets were not replaced when I moved in, the lights from the pool area shine into the bedroom at night, and in the mornings someone leaves their dog on their patio and you can hear it barking all morning. Also wish there were more shops/places to eat close by. But overall a very nice, clean, modern place to live. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I love this place! Everything about it! Staff is friendly and neighborhood is safe! Apartments are brand new! New carpets and stainless steel appliances. Parking is available for visitors. If you get home late per usual apartment association everyone’s mostly home. So yes, a small walk is required. Not a big inconvenience. If you live in a 3rd floor, as any other apartment home, get ready to burn some calories. Overall, everything is well kept. Maintenance is constantly out with upkeep. Trash is picked up. As far as dog poop, that has nothing to do with Eastmar Commons. People are just lazy and don’t pick up after their pet. Walls are great! You can’t hear neighbors and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Depending on where you live if you’re by the highway, they’re walls being built by the state. The management is friendly, professional and quick and attentive to take care of residents’ needs. All staff greet you with a smile! Common areas are always clean and well maintained. Jun 2018: At first some of the reviews had me skeptical about choosing this place but me and my boyfriend just moved here about a week ago and we absolutely LOVE it here! Our entire move in process was very smooth and easy thanks to Alexci Vazquez. She showed us to our apartment and explained everything in detail and she answered all of our questions. It’s a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood, I’d highly recommend that you choose them! Review from Google
Jun 2018: stuff was so rude and non friendly. I went to see the apartments today between 11, 11:30. I talked to the girl who has a black hair and eyebrow . She was so rude and horrible . She made me feel it is non welcome to me. I don't know her name because she didn't tell me. she did't ask about my name or took any information about me. Also, she didn't ask me to have a seat , I was talking to her all the time while I was standing. When I asked her about the deposit she gave me a paper without any mention for the price or making highlight for the important information . Then I asked her to write the price for me and to see the model.
She took me their, opened the door for me and waited me in the kitchen played on her mobile. I took a look by my self and understood which one is the master bedroom and the guest from the big bathroom because the stuff Review from Google
Jun 2018: My worst nightmare happened. I was excited to move here. I literally watched it being built from the 408 everyday on the way to work. Application process wasn’t horrible. Paid a $350 surety bond instead of a months rent for a deposit. First to occupy my apartment. The only thing I really loved was the fact that we got to choose a free accent wall, and have them paint it before move in. A few months in management changed. Everything just became a slippery slope. No exaggeration. Raccoons are at my door because of other people’s trash, pet feces everywhere although there are designated dog areas. They just recently implemented visitors parking which is still not much help. You will never be able to park near your apt after 4PM. There’s no security cameras. Someone clearly vandalized a friend of mines car and management did nothing about it Review from Google
May 2018: The place has great amenities and looks nice. However the structure of the buildings was made out of wood and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. From the dogs to them walking, everything. Also, I have seen ducks sometimes in the pool area and it is not as clean anymore as it was with the prior management. I appreciate the manager calling me to see what the issues were that I was having & since then, I have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of noise from above & loud barking. Reaching out & providing resources spoke on the integrity of the staff & for that reason, my rating has changed.**
The buildings are cheaply made. It sounds like the neighbors are playing tackle football every night even after midnight & it’s impossible to get sound sleep. The buildings are nice & so are the amenities but if you are looking for peace & quiet, look elsewhere. The other neighbors dogs bark so loudly in the apartment next to me that it sounds like they are in my unit. I knew these apts were too good to be true & will likely not renew. On top of everything, management has made living here even worse - simple mistakes end up getting you fined, maintenance crew/management don't listen to notes/comments for service requests, there's no cameras or security system and even after complaining about vandalism towards my own vehicle they did absolutely nothing. Shout out to Twyla! We were having issues with our neighbors below with being loud. She not only handled the situation but she also has been checking in on my roommate and I, to make sure that everything is going smoothy. She handled it professionally and is alway polite! Nov 2017: I live in the apartments next to this and would love to move Here! however the rent amount for the 3 bedroom feels a little overpriced, for that amount of money a month!.. Where to begin, the gates are always broken, people are always tailgating you to get into the complex. Once you're in the complex, good luck with getting a parking spot. People have started parking where the amenities are, double parking and parking along the grass areas. Not once do they manage what cars stay overnight in the complex. Also, good luck walking around the grassy areas without stepping on dog feces. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than walking away without your shoes covered in pet fecal or fleas. When you walk around at night, beware of the unpleasant smell that will leave you very hungry, if you know what I mean, its everywhere along with cigarette buds. Forgot my gate card one day so I went through the exit side of the gate and was flagged down by this guy who just berates you and refuses to let you even get a word in and cuts you off when you try to speak. And then he did the same thing to my mother and threatened to have my car towed when she doesn't even know the rules because she borrowed my car one day so he thought it was me. A simple, "hey can you not do that man it's one of our rules." Would have been perfectly fine. No need to start attacking my mom who doesn't even live here over something she has no idea about. The whole tough guy yelling at me like I'm some kid is pretty unnecessary and pretty damn rude to be honest. I Review from Google
