Oct 2019: This turn out to be the worst nightmare I've ever had. I was denied because of something that was on my credit report from 2005 that should not have be there. Even after I should them all the paper work i was still denied. Oh well you guys lost a good tenet. Because of this you guys don't even deserve a star, but I had to give one star in order to post. Great Place to call home Review from GoogleSep 2019: DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX. This was the worst experience I have ever had. From the first we day moved in, any and all maintenance requests went ignored and never fixed. Our stove was missing pieces the entire year we lived here. Our entire garbage disposal fell out of our sink and it was just shoved back into place and never worked after that. The icing on the cake was when our air conditioning broke, MID JULY IN FLORIDA, and it took 8 days to fix. They have no emergency maintenance line and it took them 6 days to even respond to our request. They left us with no air for 8 days in our apartment. 90 DEGREES INSIDE OUR APARTMENT FOR 8 DAYS.
ON TOP OF THAT, when we requested to not pay for the days we did not have ac in our home, they refused and then threatened to sue us.
Cicili, who is the manager in the office, is the rudest worker I have ever dealt with.

Management is the worst! I wouldn’t say they’re completely clueless, only Evelyn is.. they’re just never on the same page and that’s a shame to have weak leadership. To begin, the apartments are very outdated and disgusting. The hallways are always filled with trash and smells of animals and weed. Residents are horrible in which they have left cigarettes and dirty pampers in our valet trash can. My fiancée was coming home from work and got caught in the middle of a shootout right in front of our building unit and rushed inside as the bullets continue to go on for multiple minutes. Barber Park response was don’t be out late and lock your doors WOW! Our neighbor also got ALL of there wheels stolen one night and woke up to the car sitting on 4 cement blocks. Also, no matter how clean you keep your houses you WILL have roaches. Pest control came in but we continued to see about 5-6 roaches a month! Not kidding. I'm talking about the valet garbage procedure, not everyone put it outside in the right time and because of that is impossible the outdoors look decent.
