Jul 2015: These are the worst apartments to live in. I lived here for 3 years and they were the most unpleasant. The managers are all rude, they always want to charge ridiculous fee's to get money in their pockets. Every time you ask for maintenance or pest control they take FOREVER to do something about it. Ever since I moved there were a bunch of bees outside my balcony, they are still there. They don't care about residents they only care about the money.

May 2015: Best place to live hands down! Great prices, awesome space and amazing staff. There really is no beating this. The only con about Maverick is that they don't allow pets.

Jan 2015: For the price it was decent but I didn't feel safe living there, my car was broken into, and we had problems with our neighbours (that consistent of multiple calls to police), there were other problems as well (such as lost mail that the office didn't bother to look into). Overall it was an ok place to live, but wouldn't want to move back. (P.S Worst of all the maintenance "boys" (because they looked younger than me) didn't announce they were coming into the apartment and caught me right after I got out of the shower, it was very embarrassing and they were not polite about it.)
