Jul 2019: Good part: The office staff are nice people and easy to work with. Bad Part: Literally everything else. This Place is literally falling apart. We had several major water leaks that kept reoccurring. The bathtub leaked 4 times into the kitchen below on the first floor. Every single time maintenance came out to “fix it”, they simply painted over the ceiling where it was leaking. You don’t have to be a genius to realize that this simply covers up the problem. The roof had a major leak into the main bedroom, there was mold and mildew growing on about a 10 foot section of the ceiling all the way to the base of the floor by the window. They claimed that they fixed the roof. And what did they do about all of the water damage? They painted over part of it, and left the rest. Our AC got clogged and leaked water all into the first floor carpet. Their solution? They put a fan down to dry it up, didn’t bother to fix all of the saturated Sheetrock in the walls that were falling apart Review from Google
Jun 2019: Wonderful office space, quite neighborhood, lots of parking, pet friendly, great pool, and it’s all so clean. Things are bound to break wherever you go but maintenance in the neighborhood is quick to help out. I once put in a request to have some work done and someone arrived within an hour. Absolutely love this place. And office staff member Penny is THE BOMB! Review from Google
Oct 2018: Corporate cuts down trees in the fall and spring with little regard for wildlife or anything but their bottom line. They load the roots around the base which killing the tree, then cut them down because they are now dead. Local staff is first class, no problems there. Review from Google
Sep 2018: 1) The place is beautiful and close to schools, the University, shopping, and so many places to eat. 2) This place has the biggest floor plan for the cheapest price anywhere in Knoxville. 3) The staff is amazing; everyone knows you personally and will help with anything you need. Maintenance is very sweet and helpful, and respond super quickly. 4) The entire community is friendly. I meet and talk with new people every day, and it is nice to be around a more family-oriented environment, even as a college student. I would truly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Sep 2018: Roaches. We should have known when they told us the spray monthly that there wa da problem. We constantly had huge cockroaches (those you typically see in dumpsters) in our apartment. Talk about embarrassing and disgusting. The apartment/townhome we paid for was 814$ a month and extremely outdated and horrible patch work/ maintence done on the unit. Our toilets didn’t even fix to the wall, baseboards covered in old caulk. Huge openings in the laundry room leaving ampile room for crossers. Most of our cabinets had random prices of plywood as shelving. From the very first day our garbage disposal didn’t work. Our fixtures for the tub were disgusting and molded deep into the foggy crystal handle. Our foset for the shower was super glue on and so old it barely trickled out and we couldn’t take it off. To top everything off our KUB was Review from Google
May 2018: Generally really good. The apartments are pretty large for the price. The amenities are actually pretty good -- the gym in small with new machines, the pool is clean. The management keeps the place clean. The maintenance crew is reliable and friendly. The location is great. Only issues I've had have been with outdated kitchen and issues with rain coming into the building. Review from Google
May 2018: One of the most valuable apartments in Knoxville. Was here for one year. Review from Google
Apr 2017: Just called the office to inquire about 1br leases and get some information, and the woman just shut me down saying they had nothing available and was horribly rude. I am not looking to lease until after the summer and I just wanted to see if my fiance and I could stop by and get some info. I'm disappointed because I've read great things about the apartments, but customer service is everything. Review from Google

Jan 2017: Great management staff. Always making sure you are aware of what is happening. Huge floor plans for the price. Easy commute to west Knoxville, or downtown. Quick access to I40 but off on its own to not see tons of traffic. Review from Google
Jul 2016: I've been living here for almost one and half years. Everything was fine until my underwear got stolen in the public laundry downstairs. I told the leasing office what happened and they've ignored about my concerns. Now I just feel so unsafe living here. Their attitude upset me a lot. Just can't wait to move out. Review from Google
Mar 2016: trying this again, it just keeps overwriting an earlier post I had made several years ago... I have lived here for over 6 years now and absolutely love almost everything about it, although, I do agree with the post about the dog poop...I myself am tired of stepping in it as I go to my car (it's not every day, but enough that it I have had to make several complaints about it). The office will speak to whomever is doing it if you can get a picture of the person or describe them and the dog, however, I agree they should be more proactive about letting people know to stay off the front lawns of the townhouses...it's true, I pay extra for the privacy the townhouse offers, and that needs to be respected! Feb 2016: So tired of stepping in dog poop... We live in one of the townhouses, and people just walk up onto our front lawn and let their dog relieve itself on it. The complex doesn't seem to do anything about it, so we are thinking of moving. To be honest, we are tired of paying extra for a townhouse with its own front yard if the office won't do anything about ensuring people respect that, keep their dogs off our front lawns, and pick up after their dogs, I guess they just don't care (makes us wonder why we are paying so much extra for it, people pay extra for a townhouse to have a little more privacy than in a regular apartment...). Jan 2015: I lived here for several years and I honestly didn't expect to be there that long, but I just really liked being there; definitely a step up from my old apartment. There is a TON of closet space within these units. It didn't dawn on me just how much stuff I had accumulated in them until I moved out! Loved the huge outside balcony. Perfect for just relaxing on the fold out chair on a warm spring day and great for a balcony garden. Review from 01/04/15 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2013: Staff are helpful and prompt if there are any problems, and such problems are infrequent. Nice neighborhood and close to both Bearden and downtown. Review from Google
May 2012: Older apartments, but well kept. Very quick response with maintenance requests. Review from Google
Jul 2011: We lived here for a year until my girlfriend and I moved to Atlanta. Dealing with apartments in Atlanta have made us realize how much we miss West Towne. The location was good, it was quiet, and maintenance did a good job of responding to the stuff they could fix. The only drawback was the occasional roach and somewhat high utility costs, but that was likely due to the giant windows being inefficient (but still totally worth it). If I ever move back to Knoxville, this will be at the top of my list. Review from 07/03/11 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2011: My Husband and I have rented from the past 7 months and we love it! Sara Brewer the Property Manager and Renee Franks the Asst. Manager are very professionals and friendly before, and after signing the lease. Mr. Fred Rutherford and Mr. Sean Keegan are in charge of all the maintenance, service calls is responded on a timely manner, they are always on top of things. We couldn't have found a better place to rent in Knoxville. Review from 04/05/11 on Apartment Ratings
