Jun 2018: This will be my future home in the next month and I can’t be more excited! The location of these apartments are close by restaurants and shopping. The staff I interacted with while leasing my apartment was very friendly and listened to all my needs. The model home was beautiful and I wish I could just live there with all the furniture staged for me :D The indoor pool is the nicest one I’ve seen around the area during my apartment search. The prices of the apartments are very reasonable for what you are getting. I can’t wait to sit on my balcony enjoying the nice Tennessee weather soon! Review from Google
Jun 2018: The leasing agents use the amenities for their own personal benefits. My friend and I left the hot tub at 10pm because it was closing just to see Sydney the leasing agent enjoy the indoor pool with her friends even after we had to go because it was closed. It’s not right the residents have to leave but yet the agents can do whatever they want. Review from Google
Jun 2018: My fiancé and I have been living here for a year and every month it just gets worse and worse. The apartments are cheaply made and you can tell they don’t put any time into making them look nice due to the paint stains on doorknobs and cabinets, as well as the cracks in the wall. The people in the office are terrible, Antonio will seem nice but never actually help fix a problem if something goes wrong with your apartment. The door on our mailbox fell off and we told him it needed to be replaced and a month and a half later it was finally fixed after our package was stolen out of it. He is very ignorant and can tell he doesn’t care about anything. There are huge cockroaches everywhere and you will eventually find them getting into your apartment, we even saw them by the pool one night too. Our A/C has already stopped working twice since w Review from Google
Jun 2018: Just started living here and let's just say, so far, so AWESOME! The indoor pool is such a plus! Coming home after a late day from work and being able to get in the Jacuzzi is god sent. Staff is friendly and is able to help out in a timely manner. So far, so AWESOME! Review from Google
Jun 2018: I am thankful for Metropolitan team for there help in making my stay welcome and fun. I also would like to say Antonio, has been a wonderful person from the time I meet him my enter-action with him has been pleasant. Thank you for a great time Review from Google
Jun 2018: I have lived at the Metropolitan for a few months now, and i absolutely love this community! The amenities are a huge plus, as well as the newly renovated apartments. Sydney and Antonio in the office are great, and very helpful. I would highly recommend this community! Review from Google
May 2018: New management staff is nice and responsive. I am from Florida, so I am used to seeing a palmetto bugs this time of year. Unfortunately some of the other people here are not. I have quiet neighbors and the indoor pool is the best! Review from Google
May 2018: Roaches. Giant roaches. I had them spray for bugs and it didn't help. I ended up buying stuff myself and spraying my own apartment once a month. The trash overflows the dumpster several days a week. There was heavy rain, and I'm guessing a cracked foundation on my ground floor apartment, the carpet was soaked in the bedroom. I was told to "put a fan on it to dry it." A window leaked every time it rained (not where the carpet was wet) Took them a while to "fix" that. And they waited until I had been gone four months to send me a bill for "carpet clean - pet sanitize/odor removal". To me it's a bill for "put a fan on it to dry it" because it's easier to charge me $45 than it is to fix the real issue. I feel sorry for whoever has that apartment now. Review from Google

May 2018: I gave them two stars only because I am sure there are worse places in the world to live than this. However, I want to be clear that we did not enjoy our experience there. We lived there about a year and a half and we were under 2 different managements. Both were not great. Every time I went into the office the women in there were extremely rude to me and seemed put out. Mind you 10 out of 10 times I was picking up a package I ordered and was delivered there. Nothing out of the ordinary. Every time I called, no one answered. But they would IMMEDIATELY text me and ask me what I needed. I needed to speak to someone on the phone (hence why I called). I never remember giving them permission to text me cell phone. We complained many, many times about the weed being smoked by our downstairs neighbors. They put a threatening letter on the doors of Review from Google
Mar 2018: I love my apartment here. Beautiful flooring. Nice kitchen. And a good price for the amount of space. Also, Antonio in the leasing office is so helpful and kind. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Beautiful Amenities! The pool is better than the pictures!! It is indeed a hotel-esque vibe here. Lots of see through doors and windows all overlooking the awesome pool. Shout out to Antonio at the office!!! Great local guide with many suggestions for things to do and places to go! Review from Google
Feb 2018: I love living here! The staff are very friendly and have been able to help with my move and setting me up here in Knox. Before I even moved in, I was able to handle all paperwork from outside the country and helped me transition to TN. The amenities are amazing, with grills, 2 pools, a gym, laundry mat, and sports right on the property. The maintenance staff had to be called my first week living here and they were prompt, polite and (most importantly) fast. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice community to live in. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I just moved to the Metropolitan apartments and let me tell you that this is LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had, not necessarily with the move because there is no perfect move but with the super friendly staff that made everything very very easy and welcoming. I have to give a big SHOUTOUT for Antonio!! He is the busy bee of the office, he doesn’t cease to make people’s days! At first I moved into a small appartment that (after signing the lease I realized it wasn’t for me and didn’t like that my neighbor was a smoker and I am mildly asthmatic); so Antonio moved me the next day to another better apartment with a nice view and non smoking neighbors. I was very lucky to get the more spacious apartment upgrade, it finally feels like home again :) I feel very happy to be here. I would highly recommend this place, just if you’re not Review from Google
Jan 2018: Overpriced for what you get. Older complex with obvious recent renovations. Thin walls, lots of bugs, shoddy upgrades and electrical outlets. Office is a revolving door with new people working there all the time. Recently changed hands. Look closely at what you're about to get before you sign. Look at your actual apartment not the model. The pool area is nice and the amenities are great. Was not fond of the fact I could hear the people around me simply talking. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The staff here is so friendly and helpful! Antonio was my leasing agent and he was absolutely amazing! My furniture arrived at my apartment 3 days earlier than expected, but unfortunately I had not moved to Knoxville yet. I was so afraid that someone would steal it so I gave the office a call. Antonio was kind enough to place the packages in my apartment for me! He’s been such a great help! definitely recommend staying here. Review from Google
Jan 2018: I needed to move real quick and they did not have an apartment that day because they were so full. YIKES!!! However, they moved fast to get my apartment ready. It felt AWESOME to be in a new apartment within 24 hours knowing that I might not have had the chance because their earliest move in date was 1/19. The team here has something awesome going on. From leasing, to management to OF COURSE the maintenance team doing what had to be done to make it happen this fast. Where I saw a problem, they saw a lack of a solution and got it done. The best part about this (and the reason why I am writing this review) is the fact that every time I went to the office it was super busy and He was the only one taking care of all of us, (like at least 10 in the office at one point) and everyone left happy, no issues no delays. Long story short I appreciate Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is great! The staff has really got a good thing going here. They were thoughtful and attentive to all our needs and got us moved with no problem! We rented an apartment for my little sister while she goes to Ross U and they have made the transition for us super easy. My only complaint is I wish they had a garbage disposal but overall the apartments are nice and clean. I would highly recommend living here. The amenities lived up to all the hype they have posted online as well. Can’t wait to use the hot tub! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I moved into an apartment here not long after they were bought out by the newer company and I have no complaints. My apartment is very clean, cozy, and I feel safe at night. Antonio was my leasing agent and he was always 100% kind, respectful, and willing to help with whatever I needed. I would recommend checking these out if you’re looking for a new place to live in West Knoxville! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Hands down best customer service!!! Antonio Lugardo was not only able to help us secure the apartment we needed, but kept looking until he found the perfect one for our daughter. We were worried because our daughter is here for school and we are far away, but everything he did for us was superb. I wish more people took care of customers this way. On our move in date we were running late and since we were driving from far we were worried we were not going to make it in time. Throughout our journey we kept in contact and he stayed a little late in order to accommodate us. When we arrived, all the paperwork was ready for us and he explained so well we had only one question. How was he so excited and happy to see us? We arrived late, in a bad humor, probably looked like crazy people (I mean I know I did, my hair was unkempt and looked like I n Review from Google
Feb 2017: I have lived here for two leasing terms now, approximately two years. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. Their biggest downfall is lack of knowledge and communication between staff members. My fiance and I are moving in together and we need more than the one bedroom I currently reside in. I wanted to transfer to a two bedroom and add my fiance on to the lease, but apparently there were several stipulations that accompany a transfer. I had several questions about this that, I was told, only the property manager could answer. I made several attempts to contact her and I even left my information for a call back on more than on occasion. I received nothing. Review from 2/22/17 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2017: We had palmetto bugs in one you which is a pleasant term for giant cockroaches we lived in their "best" unit at the time and transferred to a different unit over the roaches where we now have German cockroaches. There's dog poop every where so forget letting your kids play in the grass. And if something breaks maintenance usually takes a day or two to respond. This place is disgusting and the renovations are cheap. Review from 2/14/17 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2017: The location is convenient to everything, the staff is very friendly and the amenities are awesome! Review from 1/12/17 on Google
Nov 2016: I couldn't post anything until I give this place a one star. it doesn't deserve the one star. You would be very wise to find a different place to live. There was a promotion for a credit of $1000 with a one year lease. When you move out they will charge you fees to make up for that $1000 credited. The staff is very unprofessional and do not tell you the deposit is nonrefundable. During the final walk through the apartment inspector cannot even tell you if your apartment is up to their expectations or not. One year residing in these apartments was a nightmare and proved to be an unsafe place to live. Review from 11/15/16 on Google
Dec 2015: This complex is great! I do enjoy the amenities, and my unit is the perfect size for me. My only issue is with the parking. We went through a couple of weeks of hectic parking lot remodels under the assumption our parking would be improved, but it is actually worse. I never have any parking near my unit and frequently have to park quite a ways away from my building. The parking policy (which basically says you can park wherever you want) is so inconvenient to some of us who live by the smaller parking areas. There are always guests parking in front of my unit, restricting parking for everyone in my building, as there are only enough spots for one vehicle in front of each unit. Review from 12/22/15 on Google
Dec 2015: It has nice appliances and ammenities, and is a decent looking apartment complex, but the prices are WAY too high for the little space they offer. My two biggest complaints are they have these huge roaches (maybe wood roaches) and they're disgusting and everywhere (in your apartment, at the pool, by the hot tub) YUCK! Even considering how scary and nasty those were, it still doesn't compare to my DISPLEASURE I encountered when asking a few questions I had upon the end of my lease. Amy was who I had the unfortunate opportunity of asking my questions. She was extremely rude, and snobby. Review from 12/17/15 on Google
