May 2017: I have lived in 6 different places throughout my life. Sutters Mill Apartments is, hands down, THE BEST PLACE I have called home. My favorite things are the gym and the professionalism of their staff. 5 stars.

Apr 2017: Good position to get on Highway for grocery shopping or work. However, poor administrative efficiency. I have to show up at the secretary for 5 times to get my mailbox key. And I am still not registered on their system as a residence even though I filled in the form and paid the registration fee 6 weeks ago.

Jan 2017: I've lived here for over 2 years now and love it! I have a top-floor two-bedroom with washer/dryer hookups and I really like it. The place is clean. The appliances work great. I wish there was a little bit more closet space, but it's a very comfortable apartment. The balconies are fairly large, with a decent level of privacy (as much as a balcony can offer) and a very useful outside storage closet. The office staff are amazing, and the few maintenance requests I've had to submit have been handled very quickly. They are quick to respond to calls or emails, are open 7 days a week, deliver monthly newsletters to residents, and are just generally really great.

Dec 2016: The ladies at the front are wonderful. They make a point to learn your name, your apartment number, and they remember past conversations with you. The apartment buildings are wood framed and noise travels easily through the floor/ceiling. I could hear each and every step the above apartment renters made. The floor squeaked and woke me up so often that I had to move to my smaller spare bedroom in order to avoid the heavily trafficked areas by my upstairs neighbors. Roaches and spiders were extremely prevalent in and around my building. I'm talking about two different species of roach.

Feb 2016: It's time to move. After almost three years' stay there I have to say that it is a great apartment complex. Reasonable price, convenient location, safe environment, well maintenance, and nice officers. I strongly recommend Sutters Mill to UT and ORNL students/postdocs.
Review from 2/17/16 on GoogleDec 2015: We lived at sutters and nikki was not honest, before move in day,inspection, so apt was dirty, water damaged. Etc.etc. had already signed lease, sigh, only one lady was nice, debra was horrific. I would not deal with this company, they lie, make things up, have no respect for honest good renters,overpriced utilities, they do not care about resident... must be staff making comments as there was mold outside, trash everyday, i picked up, bad experience, overpriced, alot of break ins. After a month i had never seen . But there were huuge roaches in bathroom. Dining area, had to move.

Aug 2015: I lived in Sutters Mill for over 2 years and loved every bit of it. The ladies in the office are so warm and accommodating. I never had to wait for any maintenance issue that arose, and there were only a few. The grounds are very well maintained and monitored. There is an overall sense that everyone working for Sutters Mill cares about the property and the residents. I will continue recommending to any friends and family as a place to call home! Sep 2014: I have lived at Sutters Mill Apartments three times in the past. Whenever I need an apartment I always go back to Sutters Mill--truly a place to call home. The grounds are very clean (because they have a no pet policy). The carpets stay fresh and white looking (because of the no pet policy). There is never loud neighbors or parties going on from my experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Sutters Mill residents can use the same facilities as London Town as well. If any issues come up they are always willing to help as much as they can. Sep 2014: I have nothing but good things to say about Sutters Mills. I was very please will all the staff and maintenance. I locked myself on my patio one day and they were very kind and helpful. The apartment I rented was very clean. Also, if you needed anything the staff and maintenance were very helpful in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend Sutters Mills apartments to anyone.
