Nov 2017: I lived here for 13 months and liked it until the very end. During my last month, there was a sewage issue in which raw sewage was being dumped at my door. Office staff was less than helpful. Corporate would not call me back. Photo attached of what I walked through for 3 days. Review from Google
May 2017: The apartments are old and pretty outdated for the price. All of this is tolerable for a temporary 1 year lease living situation. However, once I moved out I received a bill charging me for steam cleaning the carpets in the amount of 70 dollars. I confirmed with the staff that there was no damage to the carpets of any kind but that it was simply my responsibility to ready their apartment I've been paying on for the last year for the next tenant.

May 2017: Listen to all the negative complaints. I've lived there for 4 years and nothing but the front office and outside paint job was improved. The remolded apartments are way overpriced but they will claim fair market value and a good price. The office people act like they are nice but once you break a rule you get a ugly notice on your door asap. They do nothing to help with the pools getting over crowded by the people that live around the apartments during the summer and the officer that goes around tagging people's cars is a total jerk.

Rent is already over priced for what you get. The first apartment we lived in here was infested with THOUSANDS of BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS!!! They wouldn't move us!! I got bit by one and my arm almost rotted off after 6 months of living side by side with the spiders. Then they finally moved us to another apartment after months of begging. After we moved to a town home, we had maintenance over literally everyday for a week! Something would break everyday.

Feb 2016: Me and my 2 children lived in one of the 3 bed room townhouses and in the short 2 and a half years we lived there we had 6 major water leaks, which always happened in my daughters room so she had to sleep on the couch and we had to move all her stuff out to pull up and dry the carpets, maintenance is good the first couple months you live there and then they get sloppy and do it on there own time if it's not an emergency. They make them look very nice and the room they show you before they give you your apartment is so much nicer than what you get. It could be nice if they would worry about the inside of the apartments before the looks on the outside. I finally moved and am so much happier.

Nov 2015: I have only been at Steeplechase for a little over 2 months. I will have to say I am very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff. Every concern (not many) has been addressed immediately and their response time has been outstanding! Thank you Steeplechase for making my move in feel like home! - 5 stars

Sep 2015: This complex is the most satisfying living environment I have experienced. The installations are great and the amenities are undeniably generous. Great place to be!! They recently added a dog park area which is really nice, too. Pet rent plus a pet deposit are, however, kind of ridiculous.
