Feb 2017: Overall it's a good neighborhood. I live in the Two Bed Two Bath. Looks great inside. Although, some minor things came up as I got settled it. Nothing major that I myself cannot fix. The landlord works with you and makes sure you understand everything clearly. Review from Google
Dec 2016: Maintence is very good and its affordable in a good part in Knoxville I pay 450 a month for rent and electric there are some downfalls though ive had several issues with people that have lived above me complaining bout noise that i could barely hear in my inside the apt and almost got me evicted and ive lived here for 4 years with no issues before there are also Alot of drug deals that go on around the whole complex and people blare there music in there car at late hours in the morning that sound like freight trains ice I wasn't for maintenance being so friendly and dependable id give this apt complex a 1 star rating Review from Google
Dec 2016: We lived in A 3br/2ba apartment at Greentree for a year. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. They require you to pay for a parking pass, so your car won't get booted. They have very few designated visitor parking, and ZERO of those spots are in the back parking lot (where the 3/2 apts are located). We stayed at Greentree 2 years ago, when Knoxville was hit with snow and ice storms during February and March. The complex did not salt the parking lot the first time, and when they salted it before the 2nd round of snow, they salted the entire parking lot except for the back half where the 3/2 are all located. The Maintenace is very rude, and they barely give proper notice when they are supposed to come into your apartment. We had water leak issues since we had arrived and our AC broke. It Took them multiple occasions to solve all of the Review from GoogleSep 2016: The biggest problem from the last few months is that the Greentree Village office is managed by a woman who is always out of office on some pretext or the other. I drove up to the office to see if they had vacant apartments and for two hours no one was there. Came to know from another guy working there that the woman managing the office often goes off somewhere, without informing others. Changed my mind about living there. Review from GoogleDec 2013: I have enjoyed my year here. The office staff and maintenance staff were very helpful and understanding. The rent is affordable and every apartment is on one level. Like every apartment there were some problems of course. The space is a bit small but I found many ways to maximize it. There is a problem with slugs getting in through the closet but maintenance comes and sprays every month so after telling them of this problem they spray there every month and no more bugs. The walls are really good at keeping noise out especially next door neighbors. This is a very quite place to live overall. The only thing that got on my nerves were neighbors and their guests parking in my spare guest spot. But informed the office manager of this and the issue never happened again. If your a college student, single, or looking for something affordable I would r Review from GoogleMay 2013: Been here at Deane Hill for almost one year now. can't say enough good things about the apartment. The location can't be beat, so close to the mall, Target and other stores as well. You don't have to go very far to find anything that you need. Also located right on the bus line which is a major plus. Love the apartments as well, they really allow you to turn the apartment into your home which is very nice. They are quick on most maintenance issues, fixed a few things for us in this year and they did them in a very timely manner. Dec 2011: Thise has been the worst apartment ever. The management are rude and fake. The maintenance crew is extremely lazy and not efficient. Neighbors are ridiculously noisy and complain about any and everything. There are various insects throughout the bathroom. Worms and slugs crawl through the drain in the tub. Horrible mold in the window sill in the bedroom and under the sink in the kitchen and the bathroom. Overall this place is just a temporary spot to lay your head down at night. Think again before you sign any type of lease or agreements. Review from Google
