Hello, I am re-letting my 4x4 bedroom at The Social from August - July you can move in as early as AUGUST 1ST!! at no extra cost and its 5min from 💚 USF. Thats the same thing as subleasing except you just take over the lease. There are no other 4x4s with space left at the social and the other spots are taken by my friends who are also trying to sublease so essentially 4 spots are open in the unit.
The pricing is $ dollars with everything included and the place is fully renovated. I am more than open to any other accommodations as well as I am also willing to pay re-let fee. If interested reach out to me through either messenger or my email
