May 2018: WOW!! What an amazing event “SoChella” the social hosted today! Lots of people came out, there was live music, the employees were outside talking to all of the residents, super friendly making sure we were having a great time, WHICH WE WERE! Definitely would recommend anyone to come live here, friendly staff, and all around an amazing place to live. Review from Google
May 2018: The Social puts on really great, exciting events. I’m at the Sochella event and it’s such a good vibe. Love the food and the energy. The girls running the event are so sweet. Overall having the best time. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Poor service. The young people at the desks are really helpful and kind, but the supervisors would rather sit around and collect commission from tours and advertising over helping you when you're in need. Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is not bad . I toured last week with Merci & she was amazing. I recommend going on a tour with her. I currently live at 4050 & I might stay there but that's just cause our pool is bigger & its closer to campus. I did like the socials outside area, there was Jenga ! I also liked the no extra charge thing. Take note, without a car this place is far Review from Google
Apr 2018: The Social has that hipster vibe, definitely trendy. Enjoyed my tour with one of the ladies. I would highly recommend if you're looking for housing around USF to come and take a look at the clubhouse and outdoor lounge area. The apartments are cute too. Love the style of them! Apr 2018: I wish I could give it zero star. The only reason I’m still here it’s because I hate moving not because of the price because I’d rather pay more to have a better living standard. They’re horrible. I have been living for almost three years for two years I paid a reasonable price then they charged me a $50 fee that I didn’t know about. When I called the office, it turned out it’s for utilities when they tell you everything is included. How could I be charged $50 for utilities when the lease specifically stated everything is included in my rent. There’s is no renovation to my apartment whatsoever. We still have the same dirty carpet, the same ugly kitchen, everything is literally the same but my rent went though the roof. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Can’t wait to get out! Review from Google
Mar 2018: Although the apartment itself is decently nice with relatively no bugs (but there are some), the people who work here obviously know that their main tenants are vulnerable college aged students, and therefore try to take advantage of them monetarily with a bunch of unexplained fees and do not have any concern for tenants privacy. I have had a maintenance worker and office worker both unlock the door and barge into my boyfriend’s apartment when they “didn’t think anyone was home” to “check on things” and “ask if anyone was renewing their lease.” Clearly he and his roommate definitely won’t be. We may be young, but we’re not dumb. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Awesome Great place to live.. Maintenance is AWESOME !! Office staff friendly is hell . Review from Google

Feb 2018: The Social is an AWESOME place to live. The new management is always smiling and willing to help. The residents are happy & love being within walking distance to Chick-fil-a, Jimmy Johns, Prost, etc... #gobulls Review from Google
Feb 2018: The new and old staff is so awesome very friendly, great service, the apartment is so peaceful. I love the events they have every holiday they have events free food etc, they love us like family! Review from Google
Dec 2017: This is a challenging review. There is much right, and wrong here. The staff was nice and the accomidations were a plenty. My thing is, sometimes places try to be all things to all people. This is a hip spot that caters to the millennial crowd. The living us very dorm like and a mix of free form and community. It comes off as confused. All that to say, it works. The workout room is okay, the living quarters are decent. I would say it works for a college ed. No more no less. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Great price, location, and helpful staff. I had to leave my lease early and Briana Mosley was a very helpful and attentive leasing agent who helped me with the subleasing process and departure. Very thankful for her help. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I currently stay here and I must say this has been one of the worst decisions I have made since living here in Tampa. The online pictures and model rooms are nice but the actual living spaces where residents live are horrible. I currently stay in one of the renovated 2 bedroom apartments which the only thing renovated is the carpet and the walls being painted grey. My first day moving in I took a shower and the drain was clogged. There is no cold water when taking the shower and if you are not careful you can scold yourself from the hot water. The water pressure is very low for the showers which feels like your better off dumping a bucket of water on yourself just to rinse off. They give you a gate key and pass to park but the gates are always open allowing people who do not live here to just come in whenever they feel like it. I would post pi Review from Google
Aug 2017: I'm here very often to visit my boyfriend and I've never had a problem with the office staff or maintenance. They have always been friendly and accommodating. The community areas are modern and relaxing. The renovated apartments are really nice. No building complex is perfect and depending on the age of the apartment and your roommates your are bound to have some minor issues. With that being said, I would definitely like to be able to lease an apartment here next year. The price is great and location is super convenient. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Pros: If you can get past the cons that I will put below, the place was fine for the price. Cons: Fill out your move-in condition sheet. I can't emphasize that enough. Take pictures and get someone from the office to sign off on the damages that may be present in the apartment. I was charged $60 at the end of my lease for damages that were already present in the apartment when I moved in. Even worse, I was charged for a damage in the bathroom that was completely nonexistent to me and my mom. When I tried fighting the charge with both IQ Data and the apartment complex, The Social refused to back out of the charge, even when I had evidence supporting my claim. This evidence included a filled-out move-in sheet and pictures showing the damages in the apartment. Along with that, I had a friend get towed for parking at the clubhouse one night. May 2017: I have lived here two years and mainly because of the price, relatively inexpensive but I am leaving because they are dramatically increasing prices. They have a fly and roach problem within the apartments no matter how clean they are. The grounds maintenance staff is helpful but administration is incredibly neglectful. I ask them for help with internet, broken bed, etc and get turned away. Review from 5/23/17 on Google
May 2017: The complex look nice and quiet and the apartments are spacious. It is far from USF it is not in any bullrunner route so if you don't have a car you can take Hart 18 to go to usf. Also, be careful about your lease! Read it carefully and don't sign until you understand everything. My friend just came from her country and subleased an apartment for 4 months. They emailed her first a contact right with what they have agreed on and then later they emailed another contract this time they increased the rent $50 each month claiming she should pay for the utilities separately, and the third time they emailed the third contract with $50 extra every month and also they put the end of the lease on July 31st 2018 which means for 1 year and 8 months instead of 4 months! May 2017: There isn't a lot I can complain about, overall I have enjoyed staying at the social. There has been a lot of improvements since I first moved in. I did have a problem with my account in the beginning that took more time then it should have to resolve. The fan in the restroom is very sensitive and turns on randomly which is very annoying. The gym equipment can be fixed and it would be nice to have hand sanitizer in the dispenser. The car wash was down for a while but now that it's in service, it's convenient. I'm not sure how it is in other buildings but for the most part, there hasn't been much noise in my building. Review from 5/3/17 on Google
Apr 2017: This is my third and final year living here. Since new management has taken over they've renovated nearly everything. Which has its pros and cons. The gym was out of commission for a while, gates stayed open and our apartment had water damage from improper plumbing in the apartment above us. Then our A/C unit went out for 4 months. We received window units in each bedroom but that did nothing for the living/dining/kitchen area. Management had poor communication through the entire process and showed little concern about our living conditions. I can't tell you how many times I was told it would be fixed in a week. Apr 2017: I toured the model apartment a couple of weeks ago because they were offering free girl scout cookies, I was surprised with the amenities and all the machinery the gym had, it even had a boxing bag! The model apartment was very clean and looked great. The leasing agent was very informative gave us a lot of freebies. As a college student those was big perks. Review from 4/11/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Do not go will regret are better places than this one. Review from 12/19/16 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2016: Its always clean, quiet and the maintenance employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy being close to campus and having a gated complex. I also enjoy the events that they regularly throw for residents. Review from 12/1/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: Dorm-style living, comes with typical perks and downsides. It's not the nicest or the newest complex but I have a great rate; the building is old but the renovations in progress are nice. The maintenance and office staffs are typically nice and efficient. Review from 5/11/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: I moved into an apartment with a great view and minor issues. I think the leasing agents are, however, knowing that the property was going through mass renovations through almost the entire duration of my lease, I would not have moved here. Review from 4/25/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: Overall it is good parking just really sucks after about 11:00pm. The interior is good if you get a good roommate it is good long as they are in their room you don't hear them. you cant hear anyone around you every now and again foot steps but that all.
