Dec 2015: This place is honestly great for the price! I live in a 4/4 and there's not many (if any places cheaper).
The apartment looks exactly like the show apartment, and maintenance worked quickly to make sure it was up to standards. On move in the carpet was dirty & we did have a roach problem, however the office had the carpet steam cleaned (on our request) and worked on the roach problem, within 2 months the whole apartment is bug free (if any of you have had a bug problem that is a BIG triumph).
The only qualms I have are the kitchen and parking. The kitchen is small, and I find myself with not enough space-but me and all my roommates cook so that's expected. And parking is cramped-putting it lightly, but it's livable-not much they could do to fix that.

Dec 2015: Worst apartment complex. The management does not care about its residents at all. The parking situation is an absolute mess, and they do not provide adequate visitor parking for their residents. In addition they contract with RC Towing, if you go and read the reviews for that company its easy to see the kind of people they are willing to work with. When I explained to the property manager about the hostile environment I experienced at this towing company, she informed me that in the four years she has worked with them no one else had ever complained about them.

Maintenance is very quick, but they do everything possible to not replace items that need to be fixed. Be warned that they will paint your microwave interior once it starts peeling off. So ratchet!!! The gym is small, but decent. The printers in the computer lab never works and the computers are ancient and slow!! So much for "amenities." The tv gets stolen every minute and they blame it on random residents. So beware!!! The roaches are annoying, and pest control is just watered down chemicals that do not work!!

May 2015: I loved it collegiate hall... until this year. I have had way too many problems this place this past year. For two years, I put up with the crappy traffic/terrible location, bad roaches, and faulty A/C. And now to add on to that list, the office staff is very disrespectful and does not have any concern for their residents. They have overcharged me at least 3 times now on rent while I am able to present a confirmation email that I paid on time. They are unwilling to even discuss it. I felt extremely disrespected and I will not resign here. I would not recommend my friends to live here. I like my friends too much.

Sep 2013: I have lived near USF for three years during college and I stayed here for one year as there where no other student apartments in the immediate area available for rent and they are the cheapest year after year. I had heard bad things but for 350 a month I decided to move anyway. They moved me near a night club that does a action and karaoke Wednesday to Sunday so loud three buildings will here this. It is also high crime which is not a problem . The problem is they will not fix things like the Basketball goal or Trash that will cover the stairs on all but move in day. my roommates where livid they had paid 425-500 for the same room thinking they had a discount. If you move in later than the first day then this will be case( cheaper rent) they of course lower rates because they are never full thus the iron clad lease.
