I have a room at the Province that is available for sublease starting January for $ a month, and the price includes utilities! I am graduating at the end of this semester and am moving back home, so I need to sublease (I am also very flexible with dates and if an earlier move-in date is needed we can work something out). I live in a very spacious 3x3 on the first floor and have the biggest room (deluxe), bathroom, and 🚶 walk-in closet out of all other rooms. I live on the southside in the building directly next to the visitor parking which is very convenient. Looking for 👩 females only to move in- both my roommates are respectful and 🎇clean.
