Second floor apartment, bedroom A (🏆best room in this complex) with screened in private balcony accessible only through the bedroom. The bedroom has a large 🚶 walk in closet and large private bathroom also accessible only through the bedroom. The apartment is really nice and spacious. Bathroom faucets recently replaced and new AC thermostat. This apartment has a laundry room with extra storage! Complex is consistent in upgrading and keeping the apartments updated and in good working condition. Nice club house and gym on site with an excellent 🏊 pool and deck. Constant community functions for the outgoing tenants. Basketball court also on premises. This complex is smaller and that makes it nice. Trash valet is worth a ton! They pick up your garbage at the door daily! Staff is excellent and helpful, they know who you are when you call:) Moving out due to graduating and no longer need the space. My room is nice and very 🎇clean. 🚶 walk across the street and you are on 💚 USF campus.
