Oct 2018: There’s no hot water when it rains in my building and I’ve gone 3 days without hot water. I’ve also have been accused of not paying rent when I did pay with a money order. I had to show them copies of the money order to proof that I had payed. It takes a few maintenance requests for them to actually stop saying that they lost it or that it wasn’t submitted. Then it takes at least 2 wks for the problem to be fixed. When it was Westborough apts it wasn’t as bad. Yes the grounds were fixed and look nice, there’s a new playground and grilling area. Management needs to reorganize and fixed the real problems and not the appearance of the apartments. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Apparently every time it rains, the hot water goes out.... The front office staff is super rude, I have been hung up on before (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) and nobody communicates with one another in the office. I am always getting misinformation from them. Review from Google
Oct 2018: don't move here point blank. Maintenance is trash. Everybody is trash. I just left the office to report last week a snake and a frog getting into my apartment and all i was told is its because of the weather change smh. Also, I have carpet damage from my a/c unit leaking and my bedroom ceiling looks like it could fall in at any moment, even after they came to "fix" it from leaking from the neighbors upstairs. Only giving a star because it won't let me post without it. Review from Google
Oct 2018: While maintenance has never been great (I had to call my own person to fix the kitchen sink and pay or not use it for days), water frequently out during the winter, internet poor- the first year was good because there were good neighbors, the area around us looked clean and great location. The last several months have been awful. Rather than maintenance fixing a problem on their 4th call out- they just took it out and called it “fixed.” Neighbors moved and left things that managment just left sitting for months and now new neighbors have arrived and noise level is at a 10. I would not recommend at all. I just wanted to add that while there is a response- the managment company as well as the property managment were contacted multiple times before a public review was written. I truly want to warn people from getting into a living envir Review from Google
Jun 2018: Didn’t fix my A/C for over a month in 90 degree weather, extra charges with no explanation or evidence, don’t keep track of how much I paid on rent when I paid extra which mean they’re pocketing money (embezzlement -a felony) they forged my signature when I first signed my lease. Nothing but crooked bums running this place. If the new property owners have any sense they will gut the whole manegent and start fresh with decent human beings and a staff that actually fixes issues instead of ignoring them, pathetic. Save yourselves the headache live any where but here worst place I’ve ever stayed. Not to mention the roaches disgusting place with disgusting people Review from Google
Jun 2018: DO NOT MOVE HERE. My experience at Westborough was the worst apartment experience in history. For one the walls are caving in, everyday was a constant worry that the little boy above us would come falling through the ceiling. Not to mention they are old and very much out of date, our carpet was destroyed before we even moved in. The icing on the cake was the old heater unit that went out in the middle of the winter. My one year old son got sick several times due to the frigid weather in the apartment. Anyways upon calling the front desk they refused to fix it instead they gave us a space heater that barely heated up my sons room. And after being loyal tenets for 4 years and paying rent on time every single month, they were so rude and disrespectful during our moving process. They made it almost impossible for us to move, dragging their feet a Review from Google
May 2018: I just called to pay my rent for next month. A new girl name Michelle said she didn't know the website. I asked if there was a sign in the office somewhere she said no. Actually she didn't even try. I lived here almost 5 years. All I'm going to say is the office staff has definitely changed. Review from Google
May 2018: I am living in this apartment and I reported today by 4pm an issue with my refrigerator. First the office employee that received me was not professional...but that is not my problem I know this kind of people. the maintenance agent she sent never fixed something..and it is not the first time. He said we put lot of stuff, reason why is not working and I said that is not true...he has just left the apartment saying that the refrigerator will work. three hours after I took two things off from the refrigerator....the temperature still high and do not cold. I experienced discrimination and race with the two employees that received me. it is not acceptable...I called the emergency and I am waiting....you have to run behind those people .this new management is a disaster Review from Google

May 2018: New management is good, but I am saddened by the increase in rental rates - ours is increasing by 12%. This is hurting many of us on fixed incomes. Rate increase comes without improvements in the ancient heating and HVAC systems and with leaky windows. Oh and no stainless refrigerators for us - just a noisy old white one. Review from Google
May 2018: My 12 month lease is up in a few days. Cons :My experience here was unpleasant to say the least. My apartment did not look like what they had shown me on the computer. The painters had done a poor job covering up. They had to work on the roof in my apartment twice and you can clearly see where they did the work when they were "finished" my ceiling looks ridiculous in 2 rooms. Things were always falling apart door off the hinges, adhesive they used on the bathroom mirror did not hold it up, bathroom knob fell off, constantly cold in my living room this winter, they have two good maintenance men one man was lazy and tore my carpet up with his muddy boots walking back and forth after my ceiling was leaking water.. and he didn't even clean it I had to ask another maintenance man to get the water up for me. I was just very disappointed in my expe Review from Google
Apr 2018: Lease is ending soon and will not be resigning :/ Pros- -quiet neighborhood -nice pool -parking is good -large living space in the 2 bedrooms -location -rent is decent for now, undergoing new management though so idk if it will still be worth the price Cons -1st month we lived here the bathroom sub flooring had to be completely replaced because the tenants before us. Not sure why that wasn’t inspected before hand, we are a 2nd floor unit so it just seems kind of dangerous to me. Took a whole day to fix it and the contracted people they used left a huge stain on my carpet and crack in my wall. Also broke the light switch. I reported it and they said they have that on file so hopefully I don’t get charged for it on the way out but who knows. -when they fixed the light switch, they flipped the wiring so now the bathroom fan doesn’t Review from Google
Apr 2018: Positives: The events they hold for the community are plentiful and fun especially if you have kids. The staff was very friendly after the change of management. Cons: My unit was partially updated. So not everything was old but it could use some updating in general without having to pay more. The parking around my apartment was HORRIBLE. Someone left their broken down vehicle in a spot that could have been used to working ones! The front of my apartment warmed up nicely. The back, however, was so cold that I had my kids sleep in my bedroom in the winter most of the time. The air does not distribute evenly at all. Got into a verbal altercation with my downstairs neighbor who was annoyed by the kids footsteps. Little did she know, I had elephants living above me. The walls are paper thin. The floors are also. Would I move back? Maybe to build Review from Google
Feb 2018: I love it here. Sometimes I forget that I have neighbors because it's so quiet. It's very kid friendly as well. I just had a newborn and I wanted a safe environment for my kid to be in. I would recommend it to anyone!!! Edits: Ok coming back to this. Still think it's great but one of the other bedrooms stayed cold because it wasn't insulated well. Workers in leasing office are ok, but still would recommend and one of the best apartments I stayed in versus others. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I’ve been living here for about 6 months. The office staff has been serviceable from my experience. Other than that I’ve had multiple issues during my stay here from frozen/bursted water pipes leaving tenants w/o water access for days at a time to water leaking profusely through the ceiling from the apt above me. I called emergency maintenance that night (after hours) and the guy came eventually, eyeballed it, and left. I specifically asked him if if I need to put in a request for the next day so that the issue would be resolved and he says “no since you called already they’ll have it on order for tomorrow”. Needless to say, that did not happen so I call the very next night ( since I pretty much work sunrise to dark) now on a Friday so the office is closed for the weekend and the issue still persists! Even further the emergency nu Review from Google
Jan 2018: During this change over to new ownership, I understand that it takes some time to settle in. Saying that, I certainly feel that things are headed in a much better direction! The grounds crew is excellent as always but more importantly I really like the additions to the office staff. And that's not leaving out the staff still remaining! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Ensure you empty out the bucket everyday, if not it's going to overflow then water going to be on the floor. I called for that still didn't do nothing besides empty out the bucket for me. I didn't noticed it until after I moved here. I can't wait for my lease is up. I see why they always have apartments available. The turnover rate is high. Please don't move here, don’t make same mistake I did moving here. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I lived here 2015-2017, and did not have many problems. My neighbors were phenomenal, the grounds were kept neat, maintenance was always on point. Some of the office staff went above and beyond. My only concern was and still is one of the leasing agents, Arianna. Every time my mother or myself called, she came off rude and/or standoffish, if we had request or concerns. One time, I had a plumbing issue, and when I called to check on my work order, I was told, "there are people without heat, and they are the priority". Instead, she could have simply told me, they are doing their best to complete the work order as soon as they can. I loved working with Amber or Christina ( maybe it was Krista. I can't recall her name 100%). However, recently, I had a package accidentally deliver to my old address at this location, and my mother called for me, sin Review from Google
Jul 2017: Take pictures before you leave. I stayed here 4 years and in two separate apartments and was never charged for any repairs when switching between the two. Out of the two, the first apartment was not as in good of condition as the last. When I finally left with my last apartment, I got hit with the several bills for repairs (upgrades) for the apartment. The majority of the issues were to replace were minor imperfections, basically they will charge you to upgrade the apartment when you're leaving. Main complaint is that they had the need to re-grout the shower due to some mold (was reported) in the caulk...yes the caulk. Not sure why they didn't replace that when they grouted some loose tile months before. I guess it's my fault for not following up with it. I must have clean the grout 5 times while there the fans don't help with the moister. Not Review from Google
Jun 2017: I have only been a part of the community for a few months, but this community has been very welcoming and attentive! I love the environment that I live in and the people on staff are always very helpful and welcoming to me. I visited other apartment complexes before deciding on this one, because of how the staff treated me and the warmth of the community! Review from Google
Jun 2017: While nothing is ever perfect anywhere you live, the staff at Westborough strive for perfection. In the 18 moths I have been living here, all my maintenance needs have been attended to quickly and correctly. My fridge went bad and it was replaced (and food moved) before I even got home from work that day!) The ladies in the office are always friendly, have my packages at hand when I pick them up and are kind if I come in to ask a question. P.S. I the pool. Review from Google
Jun 2017: 60B Ensure if u move to apartment 60B you empty out the bucket everyday, if not it's going to overflow then water going to be on the floor. I called for that still didn't do nothing besides empty out the bucket for me. I didn't noticed it until after I moved here. They never came back to fix the two other burners for the gas stove. I can't wait for my lease is up. I see why they always have apartments available. The turnover rate is high. Please don't move inside that apartment. Review from 6/1/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I love the place is beautiful, but I wish my neighbors didn't wake me up every morning and during the night. You would think if you had a huge dog and you where on the top floor you'd be courteous. The models aren't anything special but it works. The ladies at the front are sweet. Maybe when there's a maintenance call, they should wear booties. Assuring me mud wont get in my beige carpet. But the lease is straight up, no fine lines. I cant wait for the trees to fill back up! Review from 2/13/17 on Google
Mar 2016: A friend of mine used to live here about 10 years ago and loved it. Close to everything. Easy access. When I moved into my apartment everything felt clean - and I had new carpet! The neighbors are great. No noisy animals. Lots of cute ones though. I look forward to seeing spring & summer here. Bring on the pool! Review from 3/2/16 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2016: My husband and I are new to apartment living and we have been married 32 years. We decided to rent at Westborough after checking out so many apartments in Greensboro and moved in August 2015 and have been very happy. The staff til this day is always very courteous, professional and always helpful. Anytime I put in a work order it is taken care of within 24 to 48 hours and it is done correctly. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to live. It's location is great, it is walking distance to grocery stores, drug stores and eateries. Review from 2/25/16 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2015: I'd never live in this place again, EVER. They are only out for your money and they will get it anyway they can. red flag #1 the lease is unbreakable, no matter your circumstances or how much money you offer to get out of it, no can do because "it's in your lease". The lease says that the only way to get out is if you go to the military, so relocation to a new state for a job, death in the family, if you die (the lease says that as well) etc you're still responsible for payment. red flag #2 they don't allow subleasing so you couldn't even leave this community if you found someone else willing to take a chance on it. Moral of that story ONCE YOU SIGN ON THAT LINE THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN DO TO LEAVE THAT COMMUNITY BEFORE YOUR LEASE ENDS! Review from 10/18/2015 on Google
