Aug 2015: Staff is rude, we had a home invasion and the man may live there, they didn't acknowledge or care. Better options within 10 minuets.
To preface, I've lived here previously for 2 years and left for the summer. My husband (we were Guilford students) and I were going to renew our lease this August but after the incredibly disrespectful and apathetic treatment of the staff we immediately signed a lease with another nearby complex.
Review from 8/14/2015 on GoogleAug 2015: The only reason they get a 2 star review is because the facilities and grounds are nice. if it wasnt for that, itd be a 1 star review all the way. sure, the staff is "nice" but its almost is a snotty, because i have to be nice kind of way. maintenance takes their sweet time (not from my experience. ive only ever submitted one work request, but my neighbors all had this complaint). no matter what, they WILL get their money. they dont work with you at all. they say you have to pay the full amount of whatever charge they are seeking because "its in your lease". and trust me. they come up with creative ways to get your money.

Sep 2014: I've lived in Greensboro for almost 2 years now. Before I moved and while living at my old apartment, I was constantly searching for something better. The place I lived and all of the other places I looked at were all the same: they were loud, they were dirty, the apartments were tiny, and the staff would have rather spit in your face than help you with something.

Sep 2014: have been here alittle over a year now and when I first moved in all the staff seemed very sweet and the grounds were very clean.. The maintenance staff was awesome and very polite and prompt to my needs... Since they have had so much turn around in the office and the management is different it has totally changed faces... the grounds are no longer kept clean and the staff in the office are no where near nice... The maintenance guys are rude and always seem to have an attitude.. Since the new office staff is mainly younger employees majority of the new residents are younger and very loud, as well as the community parties are catered toward the younger residents and anyone older or with children it is very inappropriate.
