Sep 2016: WOW! I thought this place was going to be quiet and away from all the crazy college parties but it looks like there is now a whole set of other situations. Some owners do background checks but some might not just to get theirs rented so it looks like this lead to people being mistaken as suspects and the police using deadly force and now cops and people are all over the place here.Is UNCC close to Downtown Charlotte? Sep 2016: For the location it is quite close to UNCC. Like most condos it is individually own so your experience will vary greatly. What this means is it will not be like an apartment complex where you have 500-1000 beds under the same management and the whole area depends entirely on that management. For condos made up of individual owners, if you talk and really check on the owner, some may be very quick to fix things and make sure that you are not distracted from your studies.
