Sep 2017: I have been living in this Development for a year. I have had some bad experiences with the Pest Problem and the way they maintain the apartments.
However, I think this Property have Potiemtal. I was in the process of moving out, but the New Assistant Property Manger (Cherokee) changed my mind. So, I'm going to give it another try in one of Their UPGRADED units. I know she is a great asset to Sharon Pines and she will make a lot of Tenants very happy. "She is a breath of fresh air". Review from GoogleAug 2017: If you look at the reviews on other sites, you'll see that Sharon Pines rates just fine. The bad reviews are from those who just don't like to pay their rent. I've been here for two years and it's been fantastic. The staff is responsive and I've used emergency maintenance a couple times without any problems. Ive been a Tenant 16 years now and never ever missed a single rent payment I have been told after signing my least this year that next year they wont renew...Dont be fooled if this has happend to you.They claim I dont meet rent requirments and know nothing of my personal finances because of their least that simply requires you to just sign it...Plus the rent has increased nearly $200 in a low income area where people are struggling to live and raise their children and In doing so they are truthfully just pushing people out with no compassion not to mention the fact I'm disabled not dumb...

Oct 2016: Downsizing from a 4 BR house to a 2 BR town home was devastating in itself. I came upon Sharon Pines, the staff initially were courteous, kind, caring and very personable. I was shown the apartment and said, this will do, it looked more like a house than an apartment and it was pretty roomy. Mind you this was my first apartment in nearly 20 years. Upon moving in, everything was perfect for our transition. My daughter was expecting and we were excited. Almost 2 weeks after moving, there were gunshots almost every night, police in and around the complex daily. About 3 months after the move in, we got infested with roaches - in all my life, I have NEVER had roaches.

We rent a two-bedroom, which is affordable, nice and roomy, with a semi-private backyard area. The staff is very friendly, remember our names, and are usually quick to fix anything that needs attention (1-2 days). The apartment grounds are kept clean, which we enjoy. I've noticed that the management is working hard to keep the community great, we appreciate that alot.

They won't let you do a walk through the apartments but the are not kept up well. The heat and air don't work in most the units and they have major bug problems. The crime in the area is bad as well the police are on the propriety daily. don't waste your money on the place they are horrible and maintenance is even worst. They barely work and don't clean up after themselves. I had a broken toilet handle in a one bedroom and took them 2 days to fix it and the left the rushed handle in my bath sink. These are Nasty and disgusting people.

They nickel and dime their residents. The onsite laundry facilities are not fully operational and the leasing office's excuse is that they do not own the machines.
The Office Staff is friendly enough to get you to sign a lease. They try to gain respective residents and lose them because they do not know how to service their residents properly. There is always shady business in the area. There have been several reported thefts from my strip of apartments alone.
