Apr 2017: I have absolutely enjoyed my stay living at Magnolia Terrace Apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never had an issue when a question would arise, and maintenance requests were filled quickly after the order was placed. My only reason for leaving is due to an out-of-state offer, but I would recommend these apartments to anyone, and I will sorely miss this experience once I move! **The renovations are fantastic as well.

The staff is wonderful. The maintenance is timely and friendly. I am on a first name basis is with each and everyone of the them, mainly due to my daily dog walking. My pups have a great love for both XXXX and XXXX, my dogs days are not complete until they have their belly rubs from those two.

Mar 2017: The management here is Awesome! You can tell that they take pride in their complex. You can constantly see the maintenance and property management staff surveying the grounds and working to improve the property.The changes they are making around the complex and parking areas are much better and I love it. Cant wait to swim in the new pool ! I am very excited about the direction that the complex is going in and I am proud to call Magnolia terrace home.
Review from 3/8/17 on GoogleJan 2017: Crime is a all time high here.There are numerous car break ins and a lot of domestic disputes from neighbors which eventually brings the police. Music blasting all hours during the day and night from some neighbors . You can hear everything your neighbor is literally doing in there apartment. The walls are very thin. If I could rate this community negative stars I would. This place is awful. When I first moved to this community back in 2015 everything this was fine maybe it was a front to get my money. The new leasing agent Cassandra is awful. She is beyond rude. Management really need to re-evaluate who they hire.

I will say the office staff is wonderful and it has nothing to do with them (unless that is just a show) The layout is awful, it's right by the highway and has no sound proof walls so you hear sirens in the dead of night as if you were outside standing on the side of the road. My car has more sound proof than these walls. Your neighbors can and will hear you through the wall in every area of the house and I do mean they can hear EVERYTHING!
The mechanic is brain dead, I've had a car stolen (yes, really) and they have no camera footage of it whatsoever (thanks!), and the community.. Well, if you lose something over $20, you won't be seeing that. It is not worth it. And if you lock your self out of the laundromat?

Feb 2016: I have been here three years now and absolutely love it the new staff they have here is amazing they know my name and where I live and always ask if there's anything else they can do for me I look forward to many more years here.

Aug 2015: I toured Oak Pointe on 8/29/2015. After doing my research I was ready to put monies down on my new home. I walked in the door and the Leasing Agent was not friendly. She stayed seated at her desk, never got my name nor did I get hers. I even had to ask to sit down after standing for some time. The online system stated that there was an Aberdeen home available and I was looking to lease the home that day. She told me she had none available which was okay. I then asked if I could see the other one bedroom home and she stated she had nothing to show.

I was very shocked when I seen such negative and downright nasty reviews. I can honestly say these reviews do not represent the opinions of ALL residents. For one I have seen many staff come and go over the years. In the apartment industry this isn't uncommon. However, I have had no real issues with any of the staff in past years or as of recent. The management staff that is currently at Oak Pointe have been nothing but polite and professional in my dealings with any of them.

Jul 2015: This place has changed in a lot of different ways. When we first moved here everything was fine. But in the last month or so this place has taken a turn for the worst. There's dog ---- everywhere and is not being clean up. Not only has the attitudes of the management team has been improper towards tenants like myself, my safety has been compromised numerous times. This is unacceptable. I here gunshots under my window at night and I refuse to live under these conditions any longer. The lighting on this complex is inadequate. Maintenance issues are not being addressed in a timely manner.
