Hi, Loading...

Apr 2018: I lived at Heather Ridge for over 2 years. I absolutely loved my experience here. The only reason I moved was to upgrade to a home, it was bitter sweet for me to leave. The staff was always helpful and available for any issues or questions that I had. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! Review from Google
Mar 2018: My Ante lives here and for the past 8months has been going to the office to complain about Roaches and still they haven't done anything about it they won't except that there is roaches. I personally had to take them of her child back. everyday they have to deal with it. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I have stayed here for 1.5 years. Would definitely recommend this place. Pros: 1. Deposit and rent was cheaper than the apartments that I had stayed earlier in the area 2. Community staff was very helpful 3. One of the few apartments in the area that would refund your termination rent/fees in case they find a new tenant 4. Maintenance requests are taken care promptly Cons: 1. I lived on the ground floor and though there were no pest problems inside the apartment, I did notice cockroaches outside the apartment. Sometimes they get inside (could be from keeping the door open, which I do sometimes) and had to deal with them. But it was rare. May be seen one inside, once in two months. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Nice and well priced for the area. Lived here 3.5 years without any serious issues. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I visited a friend here his apartment was nice the parking is a bit tricky Review from Google
Dec 2017: DO NOT move into Heather Ridge Apartments off E WT Harris Blvd. I moved here early 2017 because it was the closest place to UNC-Charlotte that I could afford a 1br/1ba apartment. I immediately regretted it and you will too. My first problem is that Heather Ridge is not even a deal cost-wise. My 1br/1ba apartment is 633 sq-ft for $810/mo. That’s about $1.28/sq-ft, which is the UPPER end of average cost in this area. They charge high-end prices and don’t offer high-end amenities. The gym is garbage, there’s about two treadmills and one weight machine for a complex of more than 20 buildings, the pool is unimpressive, utilities and washer/dryer are not included. These shortcomings are nothing compared to the roach infestation. My second problem, the cockroach infestation and that the front office, nor the corporation that owns the complex Review from Google
Sep 2017: Less than 1 star! What a waste of time and money! don't say one thing and do another! Told me they will hold my application for 24hrs so they wouldn't charge me but they processed it anyways without telling me because they took my $75 money order! Enjoy my $75! Review from Google
Jul 2017: The community is quiet I actually love it here however I'm on the first floor and I HATE it it's too many bugs they come and spray and never see anything. I've made complaints several times about the people above me.I've asked to transfer to another building on the 3rd level but they want me to pay another secure deposit , and everything else! That's just unacceptable because I REALLY love it out here but once my lease is up I'm out! I don't recommend anyone staying on the first floor Review from Google

Apr 2017: The apartment staff are very nice, they'll answer any questions you have and try to solve any problem you might have. The apartment maintenance also isn't hesitant to fix any problems you might run into in your apartment. However, the way the complex is setup it assumes everyone has a car. There's only one dumpster throughout the entire complex. The washing machine area looks like it hasn't left the 90's the machines only take quarters and there's no change machine. Review from 4/12/17 on Google
Nov 2016: This is the worst apartment complex ever. They have a roach problem and will not admit that they do. I see big roaches every week and they chalk it up to living in the South. Corporate doesn't care and they will not fix the problem at all. It's almost as if they want the roaches here. The thing is I have brought them proof and everything and they even tried to tell me one of the roaches I found was not a roach -_-. This is basically like insulting my intelligence, I know so much about roaches now it's ridiculous! I have had to resort to placing sticky pads all around my apartment because the complex will not do anything. Review from 11/6/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2016: We moved here recently and the staff is very helpful and nice which made our move easy. The community is really clean kids friendly neighborhood great convenient location close to shopping, apartment is spacious great floor plan. Review from 7/11/16 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2016: Very generic apartment, staff is friendly. That's it. We've had cockroaches twice and the managers told us to just use raid and we would be put on a list to be sprayed. Not acceptable- especially in such a close living proximity. Out of 8 washers and 8 dryers in the laundry area, only 5 washers and 4 dryers are available and have been broken since October. We just now got two more working washers. Lack of diligence on fixing problems is evident. Would get out of my lease today if I could, look elsewhere for an apartment. Review from 3/10/16 on Google
Dec 2014: Nothing was ever taken care of. When obnoxious neighbors were noisy through all hours of the night there was nothing done. They can not keep people in the apartments for more than a year. Currently half of the building is empty and has been for two months and it is still very noisy. Review from 12/07/14 on Apartment Ratings
