May 2018: I’ve been here 2 years and I’ve never felt like I would ever recommend this complex to anyone. It was a nicely priced space in an optimal location when I first got here, first couple months were nice but definitely not worth anything overall. My doors and windows are all broken, have been since I first moved. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything from my experience. My windows are literally detached from the frame. Good thing I I’ll have my child after my lease is up here. The neighbors change out just as much as the management (which has been a plethora for managerial staff) has over the years. I hear fighting and banging up against my walls and doors at 12am. Loud music consistently from when I wake up for work at 6 to when I’m trying to sleep, 11pm and later. My car has been broken into. But they aren't somewhere you'll want to stay. I'll do anything to fix my problems myself because management is awful, maintenance is 2nd rate at best, they can't even keep the grounds maintained. Jan 2018: I went to the leasing office this past weekend and experienced a difference. I've been living here since August of last year and although the management in the leasing office has changed several times, it is great now. The community is cleaner, staff is friendlier, and maintenance has improved. I really appreciate the renovations. As long as my job keeps me here, I plan on renewing. Dec 2017: This place is a money hungry group! Will Nickle and dime you in anyway they can. And management Has a nasty attitude! I guess I shouldn’t worry about it she will be gone soon. They can’t keep management! This place has been owned by numerous companies and so management changes all the time. They NEVER answer the phone! The online portal for rent always seems to go down when rent is due. I hope to find somewhere better to live because it’s not worth it for the way you get treated. People have had their wheels stolen, their motorcycles stolen, property damaged and no camera footage to catch it. I had to install my own security system to record my vehicle in the parking lot. As you drive into the complex, you are greeted with a massive mound of trash. The front office is as welcoming as the trash itself. Unprofessional and lazy. The mail service sucks. You have to pay money each month to allow packages to be sent to your address. The entire complex reeks of weed and loud obnoxious music. Aug 2017: New management took over in May. No one ever answers the phone very rare! I placed a maintenance order in over a week ago still not handled. Then they lied and told me it was complete. Went home it wasn't! Stray cats roaming around like crazy. Online payment systems doesn't properly total up all you pay for which is rent, water, trash, & pest which leaves a balance for the next month! Aug 2017: My mailbox keys did not work when I first moved in, took two weeks for them to rectify that problem. An animal died in my drier vent and took them about a week to come out and take care of that and did not replace the cover screen on the outside of the building to prevent it from happening again. They have lost a total of 3 packages now (resident for 11 mo), and given my package to the wrong resident before. Trying to contact the front office via phone is a chore, they rarely pick up and rarely return phone calls. My car has been keyed in the parking lot, no security cameras on the grounds. They have inspections of units, they give you a two day window with no times included for when the inspection will occur. They slide a note in the door the day before the inspections begin to tell you to make arrangements to have you animal crated... the ap Review from Google
Jun 2017: Everyone has started with where do I begin. I know exactly where I start...the service is unprofessional and minimal. The old management was ok but left on a sour note. However the new management is much worse. They got rid of security and resident services. Maintenance is horrible and the reviews show that everyone has bug and mold issues. Our mold issues are only with the old dishwasher we asked be replaced numerous times and are ladybug issue are only in one room...a bedroom near a window.

May 2017: Awful. Maintenance is super slow with work orders. The front office absolutely never ever answer the phone when you call. Fitness center, ppl and game room is advertised as amenities...Well guess what...None are in order. It's been months and they still haven't opened. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Apr 2017: Where to start? Before moving in I was mislead on the floor plan of apartment. The apartment looks nice but after I moved in I discovered a lot of maintenance issues. The maintenance/managerial staff sucks. I placed request that were never taken care of until I called in a couple times. My air condition is out now and I explained to them that it was hot and that I have a newborn child, they did not care they told me it would take a few days for them even come look at it.

Apr 2017: This is the worst experience I've had in my life. This has truly taught me to read reviews before moving in. All the negative reviews on here are accurate. I had move out of my first apt because so much was wrong with it. Now in the new apartment I've had to call the police on my upstairs neighbor 5 times and have gone to his door a total of ten times. You get nowhere with the office or corporate. I've reached out to current manager and will not respond to phone calls or emails. Since moving here 3/2016 there has been 3 managers. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody.

Feb 2017: Horrible! don't waste your time or money I have had mold in my apartment for over six months now someone will come in and just paint over it I guess and the mold will be right back my last work order was marked as closed and nobody had even stopped by not to mention I do have a small child living here but they don't care! My car was towed twice in one week because I didn't know my tag had expired they didn't even give me a chance to get a new sticker before it was towed again!
