Dec 2016: Worst apartment staff you will ever meet. Ever. Anne, the manager, comes off as friendly and genuine, until you actually need something fixed in your apartment. It seems like she has told the entire staff to simply lie to the residents and put off what needs to be done for weeks, sometimes months. I moved into an apartment with at least ten different things broken, mold & mildew in the unit and a terrible smell, even though I was promised the carpets would be steam cleaned prior to my moving in. Months later, half those things are still broken and God forbid something else breaks.

Aug 2016: This "management" never answers their phone and you can't leave a message. Every month I receive a letter saying my rent is late and I have to come down with a copy of the check to prove I paid. Even if you hand deliver your rent, they claim you did not pay the full amount and once they see the check stub the response EVERY MONTH is "oh, sorry, this happens sometimes". Sometimes is understandable, but EVERY month is ridiculous! Once you call in a complaint, they will not answer your call again. To other unlucky residents, JCK Holdings is the actual owners, in California if you want to try calling them about all the broken things, lost packages, ------ maintenance service and incompetent office staff.

Apr 2016: This is the worst place you could ever live at. The business center (computers, printer) has been down almost an entire YEAR! Anytime you ask them when will it get fixed they say Time Warner is coming on Thursday to fix it, they give you the run around. The managers knows absolutely NOTHING about what she is doing the only thing she is focused on is looking cute which is sad. Almost every month they have a new staff, which means they can't keep people.
Review from 4/29/16 on GoogleMar 2016: I have been here for three years and I haven't had any problems. It is quiet and easy access to the main highways, stores, eating places and grocery stores. Parking is good here as well. It is a great community for professionals and mature college students. The premises are kept clean and neat. The office staff are nice and when I need things done in my apartment they are done in a timely manner. My experience has been great as an resident.

I moved into my Apartment with NO HASSLE, everything clean and fresh. The amenities are awesome and everything stays open during appropriate times!

Review from 2/17/16 on GoogleNov 2015: Arwen Vista is a beautiful complex from the outside. The compliments stop there. The place is ran like a temp agency. You will have a manager or staff there for a few months and then they`re gone. You have people that openly do drugs outside of the units. I`ve lived here for three years and I can truly say I wont be resigning my lease here. I`ve spoken to several people that feel the same way and others that are thinking of breaking they`re lease and moving next door to the new complex. Its seems as if the staff cares more about quantity than quality. If you look in the ceiling in the basketball gym there is a bullet hole in the roof, that someone shot.

Aug 2015: I lived in Arwen Vista from August 2014 - August 2015. Overall my experience was NOT enjoyable and why I am relocating to another community/property.
Throughout one year management and staffing was changed over 2-3 times which resulted in a lack of organizational communication, property management communication and overall a headache to communicate problems and concerns to. I feel they smile in your face but after you sign that lease you aren't a person who has actual problems in your personal life, you are just a number in a unit and they just want their rent.

Aug 2015: Do not rent here. Point blank. I am not a person who writes reviews but I feel so passionate about my hatred for Arwen that I am. The management is by far the worst of any complex I've ever worked with and leased from. They're incompetent, unprofessional, and cannot do their job. On more than one occasion they have claimed we were in default, when we paid on time and in the form of a money order, which is essentially cash. They have billed us incorrectly for our water and even didn't pay the city our bill one month. Where is my money? Arwen doesn't know. They even tried to charge me a full months rent after I moved out of the complex, turned in my keys and my lease was up. Why? They don't know.

Feb 2015: I've lived here for almost a year and decided not to re-new my lease. First off, the rent would be going up by $60 if I stay and I don't think that is fair. They say it's a cost of living increase. Well, everything is going up, food, utilities, etc.. and my income stays the same. I spoke to a longtime resident who also decided to move. She was paying over $1,100 for a one bedroom that was $875 when she moved in! No way! Also, they DO NOT take care of the grounds here. There is dog poop everywhere! I said something to the office about it and they just say "yeah it's crazy that people don't clean up after their animals." There are companies for hire that will come and clean it. If the resident's aren't being responsible you still have to get it cleaned up! It is disgusting!

Dec 2014: This place looks great and luxury. They offer great amenities there including washer and dryer in your apartment. However the staff will be super friendly and helpful at first just to get you to sign the lease. Afterward they act like they are so professional but they always fail to inform you of any changes or information. I've lived here for a year and i've had so many bad experiences. Every ti,e i go talk to them i would be giving different answers from different staff. One time many of our guests was locked outside and couldn't get in. they never send out a letter that they have started to lock the walk in gate door and you have to go get a key from the office.
