Bedroom includes a personal bathroom and large 🚶 walk-in closet. Unit includes a ’’ 📺 tv, washer/dryer, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, and a stove. Arcadia is an upscale apartment complex including a 🚍 shuttle to campus, 🏊 pool, gym, sauna, 🕶️ tanning bed and other amenities. The lease is from 8/1/ to 7//. Rent on lease is $ plus a required $ renters insurance. Rent includes a $ 💡electricity and $ water/sewage allotment as well as cable/internet. This rate discount compared to the current price of $. Bedroom "B" on floorplan below. Bedroom "E" is also available for rent directly through Arcadia if you had any roommates in mind.
