My roommates and I are all looking to get our leases taken over at Lark. I won&#;t be returning to Chapel Hill in the fall, and they ended up finding a house. I need to get this taken care of ASAP, so I willing to pay a portion of your rent. Since we&#;re all looking to get out of the lease, you can bring your own roommates.
All utilities are included except 💡electricity. They have a huge gym and study rooms that are open /7. They also have a really nice 🏊 pool. About a minute 🚶 walk to Franklin Street. There is a 🚍 shuttle that goes to and from campus.
