I am in search of 3 housemates for the coming school year, and to join me on a month lease going from August 1, -July . Looking for roommates who are grad students of professionals only please :)
The house is minutes by 🚶 walk or 🚴 bike from downtown Carrboro as well as campus and includes:

The two bedrooms in the front of the house share a full bathroom, and are going for $/mo. The two bedrooms towards the back of the house, which are slightly larger are $/mo and share a full bathroom. Only one of the larger bedrooms is currently available. In between the two sets of rooms are the kitchen and common area. They are not huge but allow for small gatherings and have work/community functionality. The backyard is perhaps the star of the house. It is large and beautiful, and features a shed for storage.
I will be starting a master’s program this fall and was fortunate to have friends in Carrboro to pass on their house to me. I ❤️love to build community. Ideally a housemate situation would mean not only sharing a living space, but over ⌚time come to support and appreciate one another. I enjoy playing music around the house, deep 🎇cleaning sessions, meeting others’ friends, etc. I am also studious, and I will happily accomodate others when it comes to creating a work-friendly environment at home as I would expect others to do for me.
I am absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly and want to contribute to a house culture where all are made to feel safe and supported. It is important that all others in the house feel this way as well.
