Hi, Loading...

Jun 2017: I have lived here for 2 years and just resigned for a 3rd year. It is a great community with friendly faces around every corner (and its proximity to campus is just icing on the cake). I honestly couldn't imagine living at a better place. Review from 6/4/17 on Google
May 2017: Great Apartment with Wonderful Staff — The apartments here are really nice and have just the right amount of space. Only about 10 minutes to campus when driving and Athens Transit buses run frequently enough to get to any classes if that's how you get to campus. Pool and gym are both very nice and clean. The staff in the office are all extremely helpful and nice. If you get the chance to talk to XXXX in the office you definitely won't be disappointed. Overall a great place to call home! Review from 5/13/17 on Google
Jan 2017: The office staff is pretty great and helpful when I speak to them in person. The Reserve is a great getaway from campus. It is far enough to feel like an escape to your own home but close enough to not feel pressured about getting to school. The location is great for shopping and dining, too. I love the amenities offered like the pool, tennis court, computer lab, and the events hosted by the office staff. They are always giving free food during events, and coffee in the office everyday. 10/10 would recommend. Review from 1/4/17 on Google
May 2016: Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! While the rent is pretty affordable, and there are decent amenities; this apartment complex and its management could not care less about their tenants! While you may not think caring management is that important, I give the following examples to show you that even common decency is not shown by the management towards its tenants: Example 1: I have gone two days without hot water AFTER putting in a work order, only to have the office tell me "we should get to it today"... Mar 2016: I have lived at the reserve for 3 years now and I love it! Since my time here I have seen so many amazing changes and can say that the management truly does their best to keep the residents happy. Since I have lived here the apartment has updated some furniture pieces, gained a night shuttle bus for weekends, has redesigned their front office, has become pet friendly, and has initiated countless programs to interest the residents such as live here live well, free food during finals week and for holidays, and even the residents reward programs. Jan 2016: I moved into The Reserve in Aug/2015. The A/C wasn't working properly for 1 week and "move-in" was very hot. The front door and the refrigerator had so many dents on the front that they wouldn't repair because it was still functional. My bedroom wasn't "move-in" ready. The ceiling above the shower had a large mildew stain, the bedroom door lock was difficult to open, the desk had a large burn mark on it, the room carpet hadn't been shampooed and the room/bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The staff was very helpful and took care of everything but it was disappointing moving in because the apt didn't look anything like the condition of the model.
Oct 2015: The proximity to campus, the shopping plaza within walking distance, and all the amenities offered by The Reserve (pool, nightlife shuttle, basketball/volleyball courts, gym, free printing, etc.) makes this the ideal place to live for students. On top of that, the price is reasonable, the staff is professional and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean, makes The Reserve a great student housing option! Sep 2015: Just moved in here but already had a bad experience with them. I signed my lease on the 20th moved in on the 28th and was charged a FULL months rent for 11 days of which I was actually here for 3. Very unfair. My advise...don't move in until the 1st of a new month cause they will charge unfairly. Review from 9/3/15 on Apartment Ratings

Feb 2015: Overall, I've had a great experience here at The Reserve. I live in a unit with renovated wooden floors, which I've loved -- during the winter when it's cold out, the floors retain heat pretty well, so icy cold feet is not a problem here! Upon moving in there was a stale cigarette smell stuck in my carpet, but after putting a work order in, maintenance promptly addressed the issue - they cleaned the carpets, replaced the padding, and even did a follow-up after the procedure to check and make sure I was satisfied with service. Feb 2015: Loyal to this apartment complex for the entirely of my college career, aside from the year I was required to live on campus and how did I get repaid? With a 100 dollar charge on my account because a friend left their animal at my apartment for a short few hours to watch my graduation ceremony. If you have friends with pets, whom you might want to visit with, this is not a place you would EVER want to consider. Check the Polo Club a few short steps away, they are very vocal about their animal friendly policies. The manager and general manager were extremely rude, incompetent, and inconsiderate. They completely ruined my graduation day by calling and harassing me not even 15 minutes after my grad ceremony ended. A day we look forward to all our lives, ruined, and they did not care one bit. It was blatantly obvious in the attitude they gave both my mother and I.
Jul 2014: literally on the first night there was a cockroach in the shower. I was like "okay, one cockroach whatever it happens". But if its the third night and I've seen a total of 10 cockroaches all over the apartment, then I'm not happy, and the place is infested. My roommates and I sent in a request 5 times for pest control to come and spray because they come and spray every Friday for whoever requests it and they so happened to skip our room while they serviced other residents who also had complaints (although we PROBABLY had the most complaints). they tried telling us that it was a quick run through and that we probably didn't hear them come in when we were HOME ALL DAY. May 2014: I've lived at the reserve at athens for a year now and i love it. I renewed my lease as soon as i could, I have never heard a single thing from the other apartments around me. The walls are NOT thin... Great place to live and staff is always friendly. The rent is entirely reasonable for the quality of the complex. Review from 5-25-2014 on Google
