Oct 2018: Have lived here for 7 years and Mother for 8. Have never considered moving, not even once. Have had no issues and all maintenance requests have always been taken care of promptly. There's a reason this complex has such low turnover. I do wish the pool would open earlier, but that's my only 'complaint' and it's not even that. Sep 2018: They’ll try to get as much money out of you as they can, you might as well give them every penny you’ve got! I cleaned for hours for the final walk-through and they were going to charge me over $120 for someone else to clean just because they found a little dust on the fans and my windowsill. The landlord also lost my rent money one time and I had to pay it again and she is so unorganized!!! So pathetic. Review from Google
