May 2016: River club Properties in general is a train wreck. The only decent thing about these properties is the prices, but you pay for what you get. When I first moved in, it was advertised as a "gated community" , but they didn't tell us that the lightening would strike the gate very frequently, leaving it open for long periods of time (not safe). The appliances are old and the furniture is cheap. On top of that, the facilities are old. The workout center always had a broken treadmill, and was extremely dusty and smelled.

Nov 2015: I live in the Townhomes and really like it. Super quiet and friendly and dogs! Maintenance is always very fast and office staff are friendly and available. I enjoy receiving offers and I think it's awesome that staff regularly checks in to see if anything is needed. Also comes fully furnished which is really nice and convenient.

Oct 2015: Overall, River Club is a great place to live. The staff is really friendly and matinence is always fast. The apartments are roomy and the shared areas aren't bad at all. The only problem I've had is occasional bugs, but I've been getting matinence to help us with that. Noise isn't too bad, and River Club always hosts events for its residents. I will most likely renew my lease
