Hi, Loading...

May 2016: I have lived at the Legacy for a year now and I have made the decision to move as soon as possible. The complex has recently changed owners and what a joke. The people who used to run this place were so professional and on top of everything. They were constantly updating tenants on ground maintenance by letter and email. Now I find out they shut off my water when I'm trying to take a shower and I have no idea when it is going to be turned on. The office hours have been changed and it closes so early good luck on seeing anyone when you get off work. This is an older complex so some things going to break but the maintenance guys are in no hurry to help anyone. Review from 5/3/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: I've been lived here about a year. There are few bugs, but not much than what I was expected. I think rent is fairly priced. BUT! The property management changed, and the leasing office is terrible. It seems like the officers did not care about tenants.TERRIBLE Review from 4/20/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: The Legacy is a fine, solid, safe, good place to live. I've been here almost 2 years and the most issues I've had are the garbage disposal breaking which of course got replaced. The community is friendly and diverse. I'm a single mother and a teacher. The staff is always helpful and always responds to calls and emails right away. I want to be in a house again in a few years and while I save up, I'm more than happy to be here. Review from 11/16/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: I lived here for two years in a 'renovated' townhome, and couldn't wait to get out. I would have broken my lease if I'd been able to afford it. I started out paying $684 for a two bed, 1.5 bath townhome with water and trash included in that. By the time I moved out, I was paying $725. To renew my lease I would have been paying close to $800, and you'll see just why that was not okay. First, the size and layout of the apartment. don't believe the square footage that they advertise. What that figure can't tell you is how much space is wasted. The kitchen has drawers which open onto each other, and half-size cupboards that you can't fit anything in (I had to store my large saucepans upstairs, for goodness' sake). Oct 2015: From the moment you drive onto the property, you can tell that it is taken care of. The flowers, trees, and shrubs are mulched, trimmed and changed out and even though this complex is older, it is well taken care of. I can't say enough nice things about Helen in the office who walked me through the process of paperwork and approvals helping get just the right apartment. My fur babies love the dog park and I love the pool and fitness center being right on property. It's also nice that the apartment buildings themselves only house a few units rather than being so huge and housing many units. I really like being able to park in front of my home rather than in a parking lot. Review from 10/14/15 on Apartment Ratings
