When I moved in there was a pretty bad roach problem even before I moved everything of mine in. It never fully got resolved, but it became much less of a problem after working with the office staff and pest control. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were saying. However, for the most part my neighbors were always respectful and nice.
I really enjoyed living there. Its in a convenient location, the units are good in size and I felt very safe there. I had a great experience! Review from Google

Jul 2017: By far my favorite apartment experience in Athens. I found the staff to be attentive as well as accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with friendly people. My space was clean and the perfect size (plenty of cabinet and closet space!). I loved the location in the 5 points area. As a student, my commute to campus (using the university bus system) was short and easy. Jun 2017: This is a very well-maintained and beautiful apartment, just the right size for one or two people. The location is amazing! It's right on Milledge and close to Five Points and right next to Intramurel Fields. There's a swimming pool that I use all time that's kept clean. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
I've seen other reviews talking about a roach problem, but I've never experienced any, though I tend to keep my apartment clean, so maybe that has something to do with it :p Review from GoogleJul 2013: I rented an apartment there for a short stay and it was a great experience. It is a place where you will feel like you've been treated with fairness and respect and not as if you are only a number. They don't look at you as if you are only the amount you pay for the rent, like in some other places where I've been.
The staff were helpful and accommodated our special requests in a very reasonable way. The location is also very convenient, especially if you don't have a car. You have access to UGA buses and also to Athens local bus. The place is quiet and the apartments are comfortable. Overall, me and my family had a great, hassle free time there and I would definitely go back again if I visit Athens again.
