Jan 2018: One of the best places I've ever lived. Close to Campus, cheap, and Apartments are in great quality. Parker and Associates are some of the kindest and most helpful people that you'll ever meet, they're highly responsive and will help with any problem that you have. The community is also very friendly, and parking is a major plus. The location is unbeatable, and the prices are low, so this is the place to live! Review from Google

Nov 2016: I have lived in this apartment complex for two years now. I loved it and the location when I first moved in, however the management is horrible. Parker and Associates is the worst management ever. They are rude to their tenants and are not understanding of any problem that might arise. They do not handle maintenance issues in a timely manner and are rude when addressing the issues. I will avoid ever having to rent from them again. Review from Google
