Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for you or your student's space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of The Nine for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. On-site Professional Staff

Our maintenance staff will respond to your student's maintenance issues quickly and professionally. The Nine offers 24-hour controlled building access and monitoring, as well as emergency maintenance so that your comfort is never affected.

The Nine at Gainesville has nine spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your student's needs. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom apartment options. They each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Roommate Matching

If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find you one! Each roommate will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. Beginning in the early Spring, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find! Not interested in a roommate? Sign for a one bedroom or a full apartment!

Resident Events to Keep You or Your Students Involved

While the main focus of your college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, or making the most of your current job, you also need to have fun along the way. At The Nine at Gainesville, you will create life-long relationships and connections that will make you even more successful. Our great staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to movie nights, from resume building classes to networking events. Annually once built, The Nine at Gainesville will have events such as a Welcome Back Party at the beginning of the fall semester, a Super bowl viewing party, and many other events throughout the year. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on in the community and at UF so that they never miss out on opportunities to connect with each other.
