Aug 2019: Living here has the basic luxuries that keep you happy. Ample parking, maintenance, pool. The gym should be open all day based on a key or keycard so folks who get off work after 6pm can still work out. Review from Google

I go there to visit family. I myself wouldnt live there even if the apartment is free. Most of her neighbors are horrible and have no consideration. Management has given her poor excuses to move her to the 1st floor which she obviously needs to to her limited mobility due to her health.

The staff (maintenance and front office) are very happy when I call or stop by the office, they are helpful, welcoming and very attentive to my needs or concerns. I had an issue after hours and one of the maintenance workers saw me, and in that moment came to help me.
I have inquired about different things or made request, they responded and/or addressed the issues in a good time frame. I have lived in numerous apartments and this is the only one where I feel like me being a resident is important and respected. They make you feel like family, and do all they can to take care of anything, so that you can live comfortably and happy. The KITCHEN NEEDS an UPGRADE!!!
The dishwasher was falling out of place and mold was growing inside of it.
I opened the microwave door and the entire handle came off.
The carpets were not cleaned properly when we moved in.
The first time I opened my windows there were mold and all kind of bugs.
There was a leak from another apartment flowing into my bathroom and closet.
The staff always has an attitude.
The ENTIRE APARTMENT COMPLEX NEEDS AN UPGRADE!
Review from 4/20/17 on GoogleFeb 2017: Just went in here to inquire. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. The person working at the leasing office sat there on his phone and ignored me for 10 minutes. When he finally addressed me he didn't even look up from his phone. I've been to Pinnacle properties before, and it wasn't this bad. Worst service ever. Pinnacle should really look into what kind of people they are hiring. Definitely doesn't align with their traditional customer service.
Review from 2/10/17 on GoogleJan 2017: --discriminating against the not so wealthy--I have lived here for over 2 years (not because I like because i am saving money to move the hell out) this company has changed management companies and since that has happened it has gone down hill.Maintenance is horrendous they are never ever on time they say it will be taken care of in 48 hours-what a load of crap-i have had the same problem for as long as i have been here. don't get me wrong the rent is great but it seems to me that because of the government help the community is under they think we are less important or even less HUMAN than everybody else-talk about discriminating against the not so wealthy.
