Sep 2016: This place is very unprofessional! I went to the front office and spoke to 2 different people who told me the same thing which was an associate and the manager. I wanted to get a 1 bedroom apartment. The manager at the time told me not to fill out an application because it was going to expire by the time I actually wanted to move in. She told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks to do it (okay no problem) and I listened to her because I would rather pay 1 application fee than 2. So I called back 2 weeks and spoke with an associate just to make sure we were on the same page (at the time the manager wasn't there so I had to speak with an associate). The associate told me it basically would be a waste of time for me to do the application because at the time they had a long waiting list.

Mar 2016: I have nothing bad to say about living in Wentworth Apts. I'm being living here for almost 10 years and have no problem. Any time I go to the office the staff is always very nice and helpful, and when I need any repairs they are very quick to respond. I am very pleased.

Aug 2015: No No No. Yes the price is decent but its not worth it!!!!!!!! The staff is rude & is constantly changing. They constantly say one thing & do another. I got robbed 3 times by the maintenance staff. They took money from my sons wallet & other items. The first time they stole I reported it to the police & to the office they said there was nothing they could do or I could pay for all their legal fees to get the money back. They literally told me yea it was possible it was done but they weren't going to do anything about it. The gate is ALWAYS broken! So i wouldn't call it a gated community. The amount of times they have to enter the apartment for inspections is bananas! Its just more of a headache than anything.

Jul 2015: The pricing is great but thats about the only thing. The walls are thin. I can hear neighbors fight. Their tv, the fan of the downstairs neighbor and walking upstairs. I could excuse that as apartment living but the staff is awful and rude. They tell you one thing then revoke it. Get any permissions im writing and copies of all rent checks. Read the lease! You give up your rights on many state enforced laws. I didnt realize till there was an issue. There are too many inspections. Ive only been there six months and were on inspection five. I would not suggest anyone live here unless you want to give up your rights and privacy. I will not be renewing. Jul 2015: I do not have anything negative to say about wenworth. Its a fantastic low income property in the office they will assit you and help you get approved. Grounds are always well kept and my neighbors were excellent. I never had my car broken into or scratched, my apartment was never broken into either. I am sad because I have to move, I need a three bedroom apartment because my family has grown and there is a waiting list which I am a little to late for.
