Looking to sublease my room in 3/3 apartment at The Verge (5 minutes from 💛 UCF) from May 1st to July st with an option to renew for the next year. There are two 👨 maleroommates, but one of them is leaving in April and coming back in Fall.
The apartment is located on the second floor with an individual front porch and right next to the basketball court. It is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. There is in-unit wireless internet, in-unit washer and dryer. Each room has a private bathroom.
The community has many amenities: -hours fitness and recreation centers, resort-style swimming 🏊 pool, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, professional barbecue 🍔 grills, study lounges, and free printing. 🚌 shuttles go to 💛 UCF every minutes. The community is 🌉 gated and has a large parking space (covered parking available). Also, it is pet-friendly.
The current lease price is , but I am willing to provide a discount for each month for the remainder of my lease (May-July). And, of course, I will pay all the sublease and application fees.
