I am subleasing a room at The Verge. It&#;s a 4x2, rent is $ a month. Utilities are all included and there is a cap in 💡electricity, but we have never gone over it. The apartment is located in Phase 1 which is right next to the Volleyball court, tennis court, Gym, and the 🏊 pool! The amenities in the neighborhood are very nice and were renovated recently. The Verge also conducts different events a month to give residents a fun experience 🙂 The price for a 4x2 right now is at $ so you’d be locking my price and paying $ instead!!!
There is a 🚌 shuttle that comes around every minutes and drops you off at 💛 UCF&#;s transit center.
The sublease would be starting December / January (whichever is better for you) until July st, . If interested or would like more info, shoot me a message!
