The apartment is 💛 UCF affiliated housing 5 min away from campus. The amenities include a 🚍 shuttle to campus, 🏊 pool, gym, basketball/volleyball/soccer fields, clubhouse and so on. New furniture (⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, washing machine, etc) was put in a few weeks ago.
