The 🌉 gated complex is about 5 minutes from campus and 💛 UCF affiliated with daily reliable 🚍 shuttles to and from campus and /7 security.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, meaning you will not be sharing a bathroom! The room and bathroom available for sublease are the LARGER (and extremely more spacious) of the apartment’s. My roommate is 🎇clean and will stay out of your way.
There is a full working kitchen and ⛄ refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, a washer and dryer inside the apartment, a 🎇clean leather sofa, freecable and free water. The complex also features a gym, free printing, 2 🏊 pools, a tennis court, beach volleyball court and an impressive lounge with 📺 tv, a 🏊 pool table and a ping pong table.
The room is located toward the back of the complex, so it is generally quiet with plenty of parking available, unlike the other areas. It is also near a less busy 🏊 pool, hammock area and basketball court.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
