I have a one bed one bath studio apartment available due to a change in my employment requiring me to move. There are no other roommates. The apartment will be available in July , but I am more than willing to vacate sooner if a sooner move in date is preferred. The apartment is sq. ft but feels bigger because of it’s open floor plan. The 🚶 walk in closet is very spacious. The kitchen is a great size for one or two people. A couple could also comfortably live here together. I am very 🎇clean and tidy and have kept the apartment in great condition, but I will also personally be having the apartment professionally 🎇cleaned prior to vacating for the next tenant. The rent includes unlimited utilities, internet, and wonderful amenities including a great gym, a really nice 🏊 pool, and many garden areas to hang out and study in. This specific unit is on the 5th floor right next to the parking garage entrance which is a super convenient, easy to access location especially for move in purposes and groceries. The view is of the 🏊 pool which is really gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing. The apartment gets good lighting and feels very homey and welcoming. The apartment is also fully furnished. The maintenance is very helpful and fixes problems promptly. The people who work at the complex are very nice and accommodating. The complex is in a very convenient location. Very close to 💛 UCF campus and in a very centralized location for groceries, 🍕 food, and other activities for fun. Overall, this apartment is just such a great deal for the price and is great for someone starting out. The apartment being furnished is such a big plus.
