Apr 2016: Good:
Friendly staff, about as knowledgeable as they are allowed. Rather fast maintenance repairs. Hardwired internet can be fair. Relatively low rent for student oriented apartments.
Bad:
While the lease is on contract and set, the utilities are up for grabs. The company decided to outsource work (which was basically collect 3 utility bills, put in excel, divide by number of residents per apartment) and have a fee applied for the company used. This was on top of adding a previously included utility (water) to the bill without raising the allowance. The only ways to pay rent online or by money order, both services have a fee.

Nov 2015: Management is great and work orders normally go through very quickly. The grounds are kept semi-clean and are cleaned very quickly after the big parties that go on on the volleyball courts.(11/3/2015 Apartment Ratings current resident)
Feb 2015: The Ranch is a really cool community. They do all kind of "spirit" things. Like food giveaways. games, etc. There's an amazing pool, new fitness center and game room plus business center.(current resident 2/24/2015)
Sep 2014: You will love the club house, swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness center. This is a pet friendly apartment complex that you have to see to appreciate. You will have free cable (HBO) and internet as well as a washer and a dryer (Current resident LSW)
Jul 2014: To all the People that wonder why The Ranch is a bad place to live is management. They're lazy. The living cost is not bad at all you get everything you need for a respectable price, until something goes wrong. I lost a wallet one night and found papers that were in my wallet in the computer lab the next day and asked them to look through their surveillance camera and called me back in 10 minutes saying they didn't see anything. It's pretty obvious that you can't go through 15+ hours of surveillance video in just 10 minutes. Besides that I put in orders to get my door and dryer checked and it took maybe a month for them to look at my dryer. I fixed my door myself. You would be better off doing things yourself than asking for management to help you here.

Feb 2014: Just want to give a shout out for the new gym. Way better than it use to be love the new stuff. My roommates are moving to a house but have 3 more friends sign up today to live with me now I get FREE MONEY. Had a few ups and downs with office kids but overall love the place and price if you need a good place for cheap.

Jan 2014: Just moved out Graduated in Dec. I want to say it was a good run here at the Reserve now The Ranch. Things went from bad to good. Seems they are trying to make a old place better. Wish I could have used the new gym that was out in right before I left. Super fun place to party and pool is always happening. Office people are nice and try their best to help. If your looking for a place for a good price this is it.
