Jul 2016: I have lived here most of my life. Maintenance is amazing and always quick to fix the issue. The office staff is amazing and helpful and the apartment manager XXXX is always reasonable and willing to work with you.
Review from 7/15/16 on Apartment RatingsMay 2016: I hate this property. The water bill is higher than I paid in a house. There is an ant infestation. Maintenance staff cut corners on finishes. When I reported a problem, I did not like how the manager of the property handled it or his response. I can't wait til my lease is up!

Are neighbors are respectful and nice. I have found my time here so far quit enjoyable it's the perfect place to access what we need.

May 2016: I picked this property due to low rent and closeness to where I work. So far the staff seems to be quite easy to get along with, and the process from start to finish to get my apartment was swift and fairly painless. The mail boxes are in pretty bad shape though.
