Feb 2018: Will never ever return to this complex. Dumpster divers, women drunk running in the nude screaming, rude office staff, dirty complex. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Close to the hospital. Great for medical students. Friendly office staff. New BBQ /pool area. Review from Google
Apr 2017: Totally impressed being a resident in the Edge apartments. Review from Google
Dec 2016: I lived here when I was an ophthalmology resident at Tech. I loved living there. The apartments were very nice and the staff was very friendly. Review from Google
Dec 2016: I recently moved to Lubbock this past summer and am glad I picked the Edge to live. Though I had never visited before move-in, it turned out to be exactly what I had pictured and has been a great home. I have felt welcomed and have enjoyed living at the Edge since day one. My apartment is spacious, clean, and bright, and the location could not be more perfect as far as my commute goes to the Health & Science Center at Tech. The front desk workers and staff are very friendly, and maintenance requests have always been responded to quickly and exceptionally. There is never any noise, which is perfect as a student (the free printing is also a bonus). I highly recommend The Edge! Review from Google
Jun 2016: This place is very close to the TTU, only two minutes by car, which gave lots of convenience to my commuting. Also, whenever I have an issue, these staffs always offer the best solution ever in very timely manner. I really enjoyed the lovely lake view from my patio, especially stunning sceneries in the morning and evening. Lastly, I would like to give my special thanks to the Edge manager, XXXX, for taking care of every matter we had very nicely. Only good memories would remain from this lovely place! Apr 2016: My husband and I have lived at the Edge since March 2015 consider the best place to live in Lubbock for anyone (especially a young professional) who spends time near the University. The base rent is more than some other places, but included is fast internet, Comcast Cable, washer and dryer, pool and covered parking. Plus, for a one bedroom, I have never paid more than $45/month for all utilities, trash ect. The building is so well insulated. That makes a huge difference in the final monthly expenditures compared to friends who pay ~$150-200 in older apartments. I was worried when the management changed (and it was no longer +20yo) but have had only great experiences with the new team- front desk and managers. Review from 4/7/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: My family leased two apartments at The Edge and plan to move in this summer. We had very specific requests so it took several weeks and multiple emails, calls and visits to find the exact apartments that we wanted. It was a challenge for the staff that we worked with (Kasey, Sam and Trayce) because the complex is always fully rented. During the process, all the leasing staff members were very professional and listened carefully to our requests. We felt they really understood our situation and were working hard to accommodate us. Our family really wanted to see an actual unit but unfortunately, all the units were rented so none were available for showing. Review from 4/5/16 on Apartment Ratings

Aug 2014: While the facility is nice (I have visited it many times), they had no units available. So I put my name on a waiting list since I was not moving to the area yet. They accepted a $500 deposit (besides an application fee) to put me on the list. When my plans changed and I was no longer moving to the area, I requested they take my name off the list. Since I had not even moved down far enough to be next in line for any particular unit, I figured this wouldn't be a problem. The problem arose when they would not refund my $500 deposit. They did nothing besides put me on and take me off a waiting list and took $500 for the trouble. All the front desk could say is, essentially, check the fine print. Lesson learned: READ THE FINE PRINT AND DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Review from Google
Apr 2014: June 6, 2014 I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and The Edge is amazing!! They have an amazing staff that is always willing to help and extremely prompt with all your needs. HIGHLY recommend, especially for graduate students looking for a quiet environment! Review from 4/22/2014 on Apartment Ratings.
