Sep 2019: This is the best town house apartment complex you can find in lubbock. It’s very new, built in 2012, and well-maintained in a better neighborhood. I have stayed here for 7 years and I have nothing but great experiences with the management team. I settled down with them with a great deal for my rent, and over the years, the increasing of the rent was lower than the market raised and they always offered good renew deals. The house is in great condition, very good insolation for energy saving and also quietness. Any maintenance request was addressed immediately and then taken care of within the same day. I had couple some conflicts with people in the same community, the manager and stationed police officer came help within 10 minutes.
I have made friends with my neighbors even after we all moved out. I am grateful for the management team to be my landlord, thank you Jason, Patricia, and Marcie especially. Review from Google
Jul 2019: I loved loved loved living here! The front desk people were so sweet and attentive to me every time I went in. My apt was cozy and I could always park directly in front of my door. The location is just perfect. It is close by to all the shops, restaurants and services you will ever need and a short 10-15min drive to Texas Tech.
The rent was at a very good price compared to all other locations we visited, and energy bills were always low. The wooden floor and laundry room were a big, big plus. Their biggest one bedroom apartment is enough for a couple, we were very happy and comfortable there (we lived there from 2017 to 2019). The kitchen was my favorite part of the apartment, spacious and well built. Having no upstairs neighbors was also great and FYI: being able to park right in front of your door can make a huge difference!
The management staff is amazing, going beyond their duty to help us out: they handed out light bulbs - and even came to our apartment to switch them!, we always received immediate help when needed, they send text messages upon arrival of deliveries, brought deliveries into the apartment when we requested, and were super helpful after we left, notifying USPS of incorrect mail delivery Review from GoogleJul 2019: We could not have asked for a better home in Lubbock!

Jun 2019: I have lived here for over 2 years and it is a great place to live. The management is beyond great! Anytime you have a question they will answer it and not delay in their answer and anytime you have a problem they promptly fix the problem. Mar 2019: My brother and I lived here for a year and I personally was sad to leave. These apartments were great. Never once had any issues. They were super accommodating when we moved in and out and always answered any questions that we had. Would highly recommend! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Elm Creek has been the single best apartment complex to live at in my almost 7 years in Lubbock. Marcie is incredible and sees residents as individuals rather than walking checks, and the entire complex is kept up really well. Every time I had a maintenance request, it was handled in a timely manner without my needing to fret over it. Parking is great, the other residents are quiet and courteous, and having a small yard for my dog was a really nice option. If I weren't moving across the state for a new job, I absolutely would stay at Elm Creek for a long time. Annaliese was always professional, helpful and super friendly with anything I needed, from getting my lease in order to quickly resolving work/maintenance orders to finding parking spaces when family came to visit for graduation. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I could tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. The finishes were nice and the floor plan was well thought out to optimize the space while feeling spacious. I was never bothered by noise or "crazy" neighbors. Apr 2018: I’ve lived here for about 1 1/2 years so far and love it. The apartment was super clean when I moved in. Marcie the manager and Annaliese in the office are super sweet and helpful. I’ve never lived in an apartment where they know my name when I walk in the office but they do here! Maintainence has always come the same day I’ve put in a request. Dec 2017: I lived here for about 2 years. Had to leave early due to graduation and getting a new job. They were happy to help me try to sublease and super understanding. Staff is great, very friendly! Walls are thick and you can’t hear a whole lot from your neighbors at all. Near a dog park which there’s a path out of the back gate that leads to it. Cute little pond back there as well. Only bedrooms were carpeted, which is great for dog owners as myself. Love that they’re all 1 story and all have a back porch with privacy fence as well. Again, great for dog owners! Neighbors are nice and help each other, maintenance is fast and friendly. Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! These apartments are small but very new and well built. I lived there for two years with only minimal maintenance issues, all of which were dealt with ASAP by the service staff. Kami is the best manager I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with and always friendly. The location is great being just south of 19th Street and close to tons of shopping on Milwaukee Avenue. There is a nice heated pool on site and ample parking. The one issue is that the laundry facilities are small (just one washer and dryer), so you may need to head for a laundromat instead, but the apartments do have washer/dryer hook ups if you have them.
