Jun 2017: A good apartment community- the new management team is a nice group of ladies. If you want an excellent and quiet location, this place is close to Texas Tech, close to businesses on 82nd, and close to the loop. I'm only 5-10 minutes from all major points. My apartment is updated and very nice. It's also close to a park and tennis courts. really good for the price. Review from Google
