Apr 2019: This is a great apartment to live at, it’s a small and quiet community. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having a garage is great for the random Lubbock weather. Management is extremely helpful, and will work with you with whatever you need. Maintenance requests may take a minute, but the one man who works here is very friendly and is always cleaning up the grounds and works hard. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I am very very disappointed I requested two times before about AC system in the bedroom and bathroom located in the second floor. Always you bring someone to see and say the company need to come and fix it and the man just change filter and go. No one come back to fix any thing. Until now this is the third time we complained it is cold and we cannot be patient any more.
The electricity bills $350. Without even feel comfort.
You need to bring the company to fix AC immediately
Also there is opening in the entry door need to be close it is bring cold wither to inside that make the AC 24 hours working.
Unfortunately, since August until now the two bells doesn’t working! When you can decide to fix it??? When I told you about many times before you saide later because it is not emergency!!! Now five months when is it the time to fix it? Review from Google

Aug 2017: I absolutely love living here. The apartment complex is super quiet and so is the neighborhood. The location is great. We are right next door to Fuzzy's, a bus stop to campus is only a few minutes away, and the walk to campus is a quick 15-20 walk. The townhomes its self is a great value. The living area is huge, the bedrooms have plenty of space, the closets are a good size, and each unit has a garage. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Review from Google
