Both rooms are available in this unit! So bring a roommate or get some alone ⌚time until you find the right person to room with. My roommate and I have decided to part ways due to our own personal differences, so both units are available for sublease. Each room is nicely sized, with 🚶 walk-in closets and overhead ceiling fans in both rooms. We have never had any issues with bugs, and maintenance has always responded quickly the few ⌚times we&#;ve needed them. Nextdoor neighbors are both quiet and polite, though we don&#;t see them very often. Wifi is free, 🐕 pets are welcome without breed restrictions, washer and dryer are already in the unit. Move in during October for discounted rent! The complex is conveniently located close to the TXST campus, Sewell, and maybe a five minute drive to the large HEB on Thorpe. This particular unit is also close to the 🚌 bus stop, and mail boxes! Elevation also has a 🏊 pool on site, friendly staff, and a "Bark Park" for your pups to get some run ⌚time too!
