Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: I'm editing my review. This was my first review: "Awful management and maintenance. They have 220 unites and only three maintenance guys, which took forever for me to do a thing. Very cheap replacement parts. Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff in the office." This is my second review, I have to admit that CJ, the manager, is certainly different than anyone in that office. She is so nice and has the willing to help. She knows what customer service is. I've had many issues in the past with my apartment, she walked down with me to my unit and had multiple issues fixed. The apartments are really Texas size and well designed for families, but they're really old. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I lived here for two years. Awful management and irresponsible staff. They have five washer and dryer machines in the laundry, and most of them are always out of service or dirty. You can only use one or two of them. Sometimes at the weekends, it takes a long time to find a free machine. I moved out a month ago, and they charged me 256& as additional charges after move-out. I went several times to the office to ask why they charged me for not returning keys and parking stickers. I had returned all keys and parking stickers to the leasing office. They said that we could not change it and you had to email DTI properties manager. I emailed them many times, but they did not answer my emails at all. Because of these irrational charges, i did not get my deposit back. Review from Google

Feb 2019: After visiting this place, I would recommend it for it's convenient access to campus. The new HEB is right around the corner and numerous favorite restaurants like Layne's and Coco Loco are just down the street. The bus stop is also right in front of the property so you will be on campus in no time! Review from Google
Feb 2019: By far the best apartment i've lived in so far! The manager CJ has always been so patient and kind to us! Anytime we've ever needed anything she sends maintenance over that same day! Quiet community, love the area! i definitely recommend Review from Google
Jan 2019: I love my apartment! Great size for a great price! The new manager is so nice and helpful. The TAMU Shuttle Bus stops right in front of the complex. It's close to enough to things but not right in the mix at the same time. I will be renewing my lease for another year...FOR SURE!!! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I lived here after living at a sister property. I could not believe the awesome deal I got on a 3 bedroom! Great Price for SO MUCH space! Review from Google
Dec 2018: My cousin lived here and it was terrible. Two huge dogs upstairs that the owners would bring down to take a dump and didn't clean it up. Management and the ladies in the office are super rude. When it was time for him to move out maintenance stole his tv and entertainment center. His clothes, microwave, and his living room rug. I wouldn't live here if it was free!!! Review from Google

Dec 2018: Truly love the new manager CJ! She's a breath of fresh air for Parkway and the maintenance staff has always fixed any of my issues in a timely manner! The apartments are spacious and cozy at the same time. Would highly recommend. Review from Google
Dec 2018: I have had such an amazing experience here! CJ, the new manager, has been extremely helpful! Any issues I've encountered have been fixed quick! Sam is so knowledgeable and quick to get things fixed right the first time. Definitely will recommend to others! Review from Google
Aug 2018: My boyfriend lived here for one semester and it was the worst experience ever!! For starters, when he signed the lease they told us the only parking spots that we could NOT park in were marked "reserve" with or without a parking pass. My car was towed for $300 due to their ignorance, which they admitted to their fault but did not reimburse me or anything!! Just said they couldn't do anything about it. He had bugs everywhere in his apartment, the whole place was trashed, dirty, and disgusting on move in day. They constantly sent out flyers saying they were going to charge for random stuff.. definitely money hungry crooks!! Just wait it gets better. He moved out and they sent him a $590 CLEANING BILL, the apartment was most likely cleaner than the way he got it (other than some broken blinds that he had no problem paying for) .. but a tiny 2 be Review from Google
Aug 2018: I lived here for a year, and I changed my apartment after the lease ended. The buildings are old and the neighborhood is not safe enough for a student. The rent cost is good BUT pay attention that because they are old the utility is so costly! The utility bill is around $130 in average during the year in the best case! So, don't be fooled by the rent price. There are lots of other apartments with better condition and better prices. Also, the staff of the complex are not helpful at all, and they behave in a very rude manner. My recommendation is to avoid going to this complex! Review from Google
Nov 2017: I have been living here for two years. This place used to be affordable until they increased the rent by about 200$. The increase in rent did not improve anything inside the apartment. Pros: - Never had a stolen package. - Quite place (no noisy neighbors). - Ample parking space. Cons: -Yearly increase in rent. The current rent is on par with the rent of neighboring apartment complexes. The neighboring apartment complexes offer better amenities in all perspective. - Electricity bill always >150$ (I only stay at home from 9PM to 8 AM(next day)). The high bill is due to the poor air conditioning. - Need to call the leasing office at least three times to get things done. The only thing that has made me renew my lease is the comparatively lower rent. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Drove through and notice the beautiful painting being done by B and D painting. Looks like a great place to live Review from Google
May 2017: Counting down the days until our lease is up! Management and office workers lose important documents and then claim we owe money when I have bank statements and copies of checks to disprove their claim. The air conditioning/insulation is a BIG problem. It gets super hot, and the air conditioner cant't keep up, partially because the insulation in the apartment is terrible. With our front door closed completely and locked, you can still see outside around the door frame where the door does not fit properly. The ventilation system is also not great, as the rest of the house could be at a decent (still warm) temperature while the master bedroom is at least 10 degrees warmer, even with 2 fans going constantly. Mar 2017: This place is run by money hungry crooks. I've done nothing but take care of their apartment and they've done nothing but harass for petty things. There's dog crap everywhere, loud people, trash piled up at the dumpsters; I even had a little kid just walk in and make himself at home in my children's room and another instance where my girlfriend was harassed by some shady guys who don't live in the complex. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE A DECENT STANDARD OF LIVING. Review from 3/4/17 on Google
Feb 2017: This places are run down, poorly taken care off on the inside. Not the best bang for your buck. On the positive side, it has washer and dryer connections. Mostly college students living here. Pretty safe and quiet neighborhood. Traffic during school getting here or out is pretty bad. Review from 2/17/17 on Google

Aug 2016: I lived at parkway circle for two years. My first year wasn't bad, my second year was REALLY bad. My apartment did not get below 82 degrees during summer. HORRIBLE insulation, the complex did not care . My first electricity bill exceeded $350. I asked them to do something because it was so unbearable to live in that apartment. They did NOTHING. They said it was my problem. HA! The people working the front desk were rude most of the time and not helpful. I found black mold in my apartment near my window in my room and they literally said to wipe it with bleach and it'll be fine. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The price of the apartment might appeal to you, just remember there is no insulation. The only good thing about this apartment complex is their maintenance workers. They were awesome, polite, and they usually fixes things within a Review from Google
Jun 2016: I went to visit my friend at this apartment complex. Our plan was to go to the pool and get our bronze on ;). First of all, there were only three layout chairs and two were being used so we couldn't even layout together. Also, this property chose some kind of cheap concrete to use around the pool. It's just a bunch of large stones with a tiny bit of concrete in between. It's basically like walking on painful jagged rocks the whole time you are in the pool area! Reminds me of when I was a kid and played "hot lava" in the living room because it's too painful to walk on the ground without shoes. Review from 6/15/16 on Google
Jun 2016: The new manager of this place are so rude and disrespectful. Unlike the other apartment complex which are managed by DTI properties (which have high and valuable customer service), the manager of this place doesn't care about the residents satisfactory. It usually takes so much time to do a regular requested service. She never apologize for such a long delay. The recreation room of this place are so dirty and full of out of service equipment and the manager doesn't take care of for a long time! The manager usually charge the residents without no excuse and rational reason. don't recommend this place to anyone! Review from 6/3/16 on Google
Jun 2016: Stay away from this place if you intend to have any friends while you are in college. There are only a handful of "visitor" parking spaces located in the most remote section of the complex. Now you may think, "Hey, it's summertime and everyone is gone so it will be ok if my one friend parks in regular parking. I mean, there's more open spots than there are cars!" WRONG!!! The tow truck company will not tow your vehicle unless property management requests it...which is exactly what happened to my friend. $292 later + $20 Uber bill he finally had his vehicle back. Aug 2015: Just moved in last week . Great staff / close to campus which is awesome . Nice apartments inside . Pool still not open . Looks cool though. Review from 8/11/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: Parkway Circle Apartments in College Station is NOT where you want to live, because of the following : -Old complex -Cheap fixes -Noise is out of control, especially if in one bedrooms (all one bedrooms are on bottom floor) -Maintenance does not work efficiently or in a timely manner -Manager is not helpful or caring towards residents -No rush to fix things within the apartment -Over priced rent for what you get compared to others in the town -Staff does not comply with the lease unless in favor of them (only when you're in the wrong, not when they are) -High electricity bills due to old, inefficient units (too cheap to replace unless completely broken) Review from 7/21/15 on Apartment Ratings
