My four roommates and I renewed our lease at Lark for the school year, but we are graduating in December and will be working further from campus. We are leasing all four bedrooms and looking for a group of 4 people to take over. Lark is student affiliated, but you dont need to be a student to live here (one of my roommates is not).
Apartment comes fully furnished:
Living room has a coffee table, couch, ❤️loveseat, 📺 tv, and 📺 tv/entertainment stand.
Kitchen includes ⛄ fridge, stove, oven, ☢ microwave, dishwasher. Good pantry space. Washer/dryerincluded.
Bedrooms include desk, chair, bed, mattress, nightstand, ceiling fan. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached.
All bedrooms have a 🚶 walk in closet.
This is a 1st floor unit with higher ceilings than average.
Lark itself is a pretty nice property. Weve lived here for 2 years now; front office staff are helpful & maintenance has always responded promptly. The apartment has been comfortable and I would renew here if it werent for needing to move closer to my job. Comparatively, this is much better than other student housing locations in the area.
