I am subleasing my apartment for Fall/Spring at Union on Flecther! It is a bedroom/bathroom in a 2x2 apartment! The lease goes from August , - July , . You would be living with one other 👩 girl! Parking does come with the lease, it is a reserved spot for $ a month. Utilitiesincluded, 💡electricity has a $ cap and any overages are split between you and the other roommate. (I have never had an overage of more than $5, and it is not very often that I have had one.)
