I have a room available to sublease at Villas on Apache. The room is available right now and will be available for the next several months. The rent is only $ which comes with all utilities. Villas on Apache is only 4 minutes from ASU Tempe, and there are a lot of great eateries nearby.
There are two beds available in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment. Myself and one roommate are planning to sublease as we no longer intend to attend ASU on campus this semester. The other two roommates are great people, easy to get along with, and are respectful in terms of bed⌚times and noise.
